"⛔️⛔️DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ⛔️⛔️ If I could give zero stars ⭐️ that's what I would had given. Been a loyal resident here going on almost 7 years. What started off as a good experience will now end leaving a very bad taste in my mouth, for this apartment community and the owners the Elmington Group. As usual like clock work I received my lease renewal offer on 11/1 and in my 6 years of being here my rent would only increase by $50 which is in my opinion a fair amount. However this year post covid pandemic, inflation wo's around the world for every human being on earth including myself. The Greedy Elmington owner decides to increase my rent by 5X the usual $50 equaling $319 increase to my already too expensive apartment of $1170. Bring the grand total to $1489 a month to remain here. Let me make it clear these apartments are not within a group of being considered a luxury apartment. They are actually bottom of the barrel apartment's, equipped with the cheapest appliance's on the market outdated cabinets throughout the unit. Cheap carpet as well as faux wood laminate floors. The furnace is awful and doesn't warm the unit at all, so I have to run electric heater's during the cold season to stay warm. The A/C unit doesn't cool the unit so I have to use fans during the warmer months. All in all it's just an MEDIOCRE apartment. There hopes is to get me to move out so that they can get the market rent of $1750 for my unit, apparently that's the going rent for this area now.....but those rates are for Luxury apartments not mediocre apartments like this. Will I'm going to oblige them and leave. There is no way on GODS green earth that I am paying $1498 for nothing that's mediocre. I also pray that none of my brothers & sisters that are in the market to rent don't pay no $1750. They done bumped there dang heads. I wont take away from the staff though everyone in the leasing office was really nice and performed there jobs well. I don't fault them cause they work for a greedy profit over people Property Managment Group. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE or any other of the Elmington Group properties it's not worth what they're asking!"

"Amazing place to live tbe grounds are kept up, real quiet and friendly neighbors. Huge shoutout to the staff Coretta and Shakita. These ladies step to the plate and go above and beyond to make sure everybody has a great experience in the neighborhood. They responded in a good amount of time and very professional. Its hard to find customer service like that nowadays. I recommend this place to live and youre literally around the Corner from the mall and restraunts ....Cmon how can you turn that down"
