"I went to visit a friend who had just moved into this apartment complex. She is located on the first floor which is convenient for her. She said the area is quiet but at times there seems to be gun play in joining areas. Maintenance is very poor because they wait until tenants move in to make any necessary repairs. The complex workers use their power tools with your electricity and management does not help with your bill so it is all on you. There also seems to have a roach and rat infestation in some units."

"I would not stay here for the price that it is not worth. I watched my neighbors car get stolen and they had just moved in not even 6 days prior. I asked them to come fix my bathtub as you can see they left a hole never came back to patch it. My oven did not work and there was old water in my dishwasher. Also it bugs everywhere there were bugs in my an apartment like little roaches or something I did not stay in this complex for 4 months I just gave a letter and left! Hopefully one day the apartments can get better! Also they say they come in your home for inspections please close your bedroom door as I was told about some things in my apartment before moving out that I wouldn’t think they were in there looking at!"

"Scam and rat infestation view apartments. Staff is not to be trusted there’s a new property manager every other month , maintenance aren’t professionals property only hire temp workers. The residents are the reason for the dumpster to be full and reason why rats are running the apartments because people are too lazy to take trash out and just throw it over the balconies . I do not recommend this place at all ! Don’t even waste your time . Please review the pictures and be cautious if you have children because they paint over mold and lead in the water . Contact Stonecrest code of enforcement because they will get things done . Also do not and I mean do not pay with money orders !"

"A WASTE OF TIME...they seem ready to lease...and take your money...they said what's most important for applicants to qualify is 3x the rent, employment verification and rental background...THAT'S IT.. I aked about credit check..they said that's not important as long as you have no evictions or owe any properties. After guidance from Mr Khalid with a rushed application.. I was denied for collections..the same ones I asked about...medical and student loans...of course after taking my application fee they had no answers...like why didn't you just help guide with knowledge of accuracy honesty and completing all parts off application.. such as spouse information and income...we may have had better results vs rushing us to just start application with half the information necessary apparently...I GUESS THIS WAS A RED FLAG SIGN...THANKS BUT NO THANKS... SHADYVIEW of things ...WARNING APPRECIATED..."

"This is such a beautiful unit and Ms. Rain made sure everything was up to par before my move in. She addressed all of my concerns immediately and made sure I was happy with my unit before I signed the lease. She even stayed late to help. It’s a beautiful and affordable complex. I would definitely recommend. ***UPDATE*** The woman who moved me in was fired even though she was amazing and did what was needed for our community. I have attached multiple photos of the progress of the decay and mold produced from leaks in various places in the apartment. The most prominent being the kitchen, which has been like this for 4 of the 6 months I have been here. I have put in countless work orders and they only recorded one that they could document. I’ll be moving shortly. These units need to be condemned. The following photos are difficult to look at, but this is how Treeview has forced me and many of my neighbors to live. I can’t stress enough, do not move here. This place needs a class action lawsuit. I will be adding more photos soon."
