Wesley Kensington Apartments

"Apartment: Apartment was one of the nicest apartments I’ve rented. Very spacious and a comfortable layout. Plenty of natural light and lighting. Office/Maintenance Staff: Over about 30 months I mostly interacted with mainly Sidney, who was outstanding. The rest of the office staff were pleasant as well. Maintenance was always reasonably quick and responsive. Complex: Inside the apartment was wonderful. Outside the apartment many residents were far less than considerate. Loud vehicles in the middle of the night being revved, trash being thrown out of cars and left everywhere, and pet owners not picking up after themselves. My apartment often smelled of weed and cigarettes unfortunately. You come to expect this with apartment living. Understandably the office can only do so much. They do walk around and pick up trash and they try to enforce littering and pet waste removal but with the size and number of residents this is difficult. Stonecrest: Not a great area. Pretty crowded and lots of traffic and reckless driving. If you work in the city the commute down I-20 is awful. Always expect traffic and accidents. I loved the apartment. If it was located in a better area and on a smaller scale it would be perfect for longterm living. I did not like having to pay for additional Renter insurance when my own renter insurance was already in excess of the lease requirement. Some amenities were on and off available for extended periods of time. But these were all clearly listed in the lease that I agreed to. Nothing was a surprise."

"I’ve been living here for 4 years and my experience here has been great. The leasing staff is warm and welcoming. They are professional and are always ready to help when needed. The grounds are always kept up. All issues and concerns that you may have are always taken care of in a timely manner. It has been nice living here."

"It was a true pleasure walking through the apartment with Sidney. The apartment is spacious and is in a great location. Sidney was detailed oriented and answered all of our questions. He made looking at other locations difficult because he made a lasting impression. Would recommend checking out these apartments"

"Went to tour a few units and Sidney was awesome!! The community is BEAUTIFUL and the apts were GORGEOUS and EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE!! They are doing some renovations throughout the community(new pool house and community center) but everything will be even better!! And they offer EV garage charger for a additional fee so all EV owners will LOVE THAT!! Office staff was welcoming and nice. I look forward to moving in in the future!! You guys officially won me over!!!"

"My move to Wesley Kensington was the best move. I have never had as smooth transaction as this one. Sidney made sure that he walked me through the entire process. I told Sidney what I needed in an apartment and he immediately showed me exactly what I was looking for. It was the perfect apartment for me and my dog with a great view. Sidney made it so very easy, all I had to do was sign and pay and move in. I truly enjoy my beautiful apartment everyday. They are always very quick to fix whatever I need and I really appreciate that. The grounds are always kept clean and grass cut. Very quite great place to live."
