"I have been living here for a few years now. My experience throughout the years has been good, however since 2023 it has been horrific. There has not been a leasing manager for at least 7 to 8 months. The community itself has gone down. It’s has been a horrible experience here, trash every where, dog poop every where, neighbors being loud at night playing music, cars being broken into, gates hardly work to get into the community, trash is hardly picked up. Prior to 2023 the community has been well kept and maintained. It just seems they do not care who rents here anymore. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Feeling safe used to be a thing living here and it’s very unsafe now."

"I don't usually write a review but this time I had to. Since 2022, I have set up automatic payments via Wells Fargo check to avoid late fees. However, Gables charged me a late fee, which I discovered three months later, and the fee had tripled. Although my check was DELIVERED on time before the due date, Gables deposited it after the grace period, blaming me for the check being delivered after the grace period. Please do not pay with the check you might end up paying the late fee."

"Posting one star just to get my review. I applied for an apartment and got the run around for 3 weeks. I applied for a particular apartment for a great price and it was removed from my application and it was cancelled for no apparent reason. I asked about this and was told that someone else applied for the apartment I wanted first. They ended up not getting approved so I asked if I can still apply for the same apartment at the same price. I was first told yes and then weeks go by and they try to tell me that their “policy” says I cannot get it for the price I originally applied for. It was a very frustrating wait and I asked to cancel my application and get my money back. I was told that it would take 5-6 weeks to get my refund. I just received an email today saying that I owe them money as a prior resident when I never got to the point of apartment approval! That is not great customer service. I just want my refund."

"I moved into this apartment complex three and half months ago and so far everything is fine. I worked with Adrian throughout the entire process and he was amazing from start to finish. Adrian genuinely cares to make sure everything is taken care of. The complex itself is very nice for the most part. The only con is that the hallway areas are not kept up so well, but overall the complex is good, would recommend someone to live here."
