"Cricket court lights have not been functioning for the last 6 months. In spite of several complaints to the leasing office, we have no information about this issue whether they are going to fix the light or not. Disappointing management of the problem. They never do pest control in the apartments and yet charge $20 each month for the same. The current management is inefficient and the only thing they are concerned about is money. This community used to be much better back in the day. Things have changed big time especially post COVID. Water bill, community lights bill, trash bill, rent all have spiked insanely."

"The place is nice and peaceful and very well located and the pool and the gym are well taken care of. The maintenance guys are very nice and prompt to solve the issues inside your apartment, but I placed numerous complains about the grills outside and never were solved, so I never used them. The current community living there is friendly but some of them are very dirty, they throw garbage all over the common areas, despite having a big dumpster nearby, some of the dog parents don’t pick up after their pets. On daily basis common areas are very dirty. The management staff is nice but at some point, when Paris, the former business manager stopped working there, they stopped replying my emails or took very long to reply them. And finally, I moved out because they wanted to increase my rent on a 30%. I understand the current inflation, but that does not explain this abusive increase. So, be prepared to this for your renewal if you decide to rent here."

"The apartments are full of bed bugs, make sure when you sign the lease you go to the apartment and get it checked and get the carpets changed, I had been to apartments in several buildings here and almost everybody has that problem, I had been here for 1 year and we made a complain about bed bugs in the apartment just after a week we started our lease and they charged us $900 to get the treatment done and said that we got the bed bugs in the apartment, which does not make sense at all. Please be careful before you get into a lease, would never recommend it to anyone."
