Eclipse Apartments

"These apartments have gone downhill from when I originally moved in here. The staff is not available to you. There is zero communication about when they are closed. Right now it’s not even 5:30pm and not a single person is in the office and there hasn’t been anyone there since 3pm when I got home. I called 7 Times earlier today nobody answered. I have no contact information for corporate or management that has been sent to me or available to me. It’s like it’s top secret or something. They allow trashy people to move in and stay, running off the loyal residents that do not cause any issues. They are sending emails telling me my WATER bill is going to be $171.00 I’m in a 1 bedroom apartment and the only person who lives here. How is that even possible? Am I helping pay for the water pipe bursts that have happened multiple times this year in other buildings? I’m thinking that definitely is the case. My apartment smells like weed from the neighbors behind me and they are ok with that. They’ve done NOTHING about it after I have called to report it. I don’t care what you do on your free time, but I don’t want my own apartment smelling like that. The lease doesn’t mean a thing. They allow 6 people to a 1 bedroom apartment, people to smoke cigarettes in their apartment and the breezeway, people that aren’t on the lease that live here and admit it to the staff and they continue to let them stay, they deal drugs out of their doorway (just ask me for proof I have it all on my ring camera that I HAD to get because I no longer feel safe). All of those things are in the lease stating you can be evicted if you are doing them and yet the trash is still living all around me. 5 years and 4 months I’ve lived here this is the WORST management and office staff that’s ever been here that I’ve dealt with. If there is an emergency, good luck, you won’t be about to get a hold of anyone.. Oh and the pictures on the site are so outdated it’s almost comical when you see it in person. It definitely does not look that nice here anymore. If you enjoy using the pool you’ll get to do that maybe a full month out of the summer. It’s never opened by Memorial Day and they don’t pay the permits so this past summer they closed it super early. An amenity they advertise but yet you don’t get to use. You have to also pay a deposit to even use the gas grills. So guess what? If they are NEVER available in the office , how are you going to pay or even ask them about it? I am counting down the days where I can get the hell out of here. Don’t move here."

"I moved out of eclipse apartment way back in June 2023. They were suppose to send me a balance of $300 but I never recieved it. Everytime I call its one story or the other. While I lived there also, it was infested with roaches and ants, however, management helped me deal with it by sprinkling some chemicals in certain areas of my apartment. I also experienced a pipe burst that was leaking into my room, which I had to be mopping out for 2 continues days. My packages got stolen at one point and when I complained about it, nothing was done. I also resigned the lease for 2023 and all of a sudden, $200 came from no where in addition to my rent. During the summer, the pool is always closed. And the leasing office is usually closed at random times during the day even when they say they are open. Would not reccomend ! This issue was never addressed !"

"I have now signed my 3rd lease. This place went downhill quick after Lina left. Rent jumped or $200.00. The pool is never opened. We are in the south where it is hot and can't even enjoy the pool we pay to use. The valet trash has gone up and is not picked up on the days they say it is supposed to be so we are still paying for something we may not even use. It is just as easy to take our own trash out. The water bill is outrageous and there is no way a 1 bedroom uses 75.00 worth of water in a month. We do not get our invoices for rent anymore,they only update the portal on the 1st of the month. The positive thing my building is quiet and we all watch out for each other"

"I have been living in eclipse apartments for about 11 years now management team changed several times. It’s gotten worse every year they used to individually charge you for water according to how much water you should use. Now they’re charging you the same as everybody else which is not fair Because other people use their water more than others this is my last year here"

"I'm in love with the community, everyone is so nice and our apartment is really nice and spacious. The staff have been awesome with us since the beginning, also the maintenance guy has been really helpful! We are relocating from out of the country and they have made us feel like home, so it has been a really nice experience."
