"I wish I could give zero stars.. I’ve called numerous times about my unit D301 and water utility Minol still being in my name they have not heard from you all and I moved out on 01/31/2024, I need someone to call me back to confirm they have submitted to MINOL that I have moved out, I do not want to receive another bill from them I’m still being charged for a utility that should no longer be in my name, my mom spoke to the manager who said she doesn’t KNOW how to close it out and has to escalate it to corporate mind you I’m still being CHARGED because there is a leak in that apartment! I need this matter resolved quickly! And to add more context about this apartment complex it was so nice when I first moved in and slowly but surely turned into the ghetto, dog poop EVERYWHERE, trash up and down the steps and around the complex, no one is picking up behind themselves, there have been several break ins and they supposed to have SECURITY, who is never anywhere to be found, kids running around unattended outside and just all around nasty I used to stay in my apartments because it was just disgusting outside, maintenance requests take MONTHS to fix and that’s after I had to remind them I had one! Just terrible I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here"

"Going from homeless to a brand new one bedroom ! I love it! I know you all can’t catch everything l, but there are something’s I wish would go away. But overall I’m happy! As long as it doesn’t affect my peace of mind I’m fine ."

"Cars broken into something need to be done this is ridiculous along with other neighbors cars broken into police have been called out case # 23062361 this is a nice apartment complex but it’s turning into the Ghetto from people standing out smoking weed hanging out all times of the night!!! They have a security gate that don’t work!! They need to up their security because it’s only going to get worse. It’s sad people have to spend unnecessary money for a thief breaking and entering our vehicles! Something needs to be done the management act like they scared to do anything! They have abandon cars in building G that have no tag!!! They need brighter lights in the back of building G. They have people hang out in the hallways smoking weed! This is ridiculous They have traffic in and out of building G people stay in this building with Big pit bulls it’s just not safe! Management needs to do better!!!!! Kids running around without parents supervision knocking on peoples doors begging for money!!! This is the GHETTO they are nice apartments but they are turning into the Hood they need better security and better management and definitely need to fix that Damn GATE!!!!!!!! PLEASE REMOVE THEM CARS THAT HAVE NO TAG IN BUILDING G!!!!!"

"The apartments are nice, but slowly turning into the hood. Kids and teenagers outside past midnight throwing rocks, smoking weed on the steps, yelling, couples fighting and fussing in the breezeway, women getting their car windows busted out by their men, cars speeding past almost hitting kids. Definitely NOT renewing my lease. Black people don’t know how to act or appreciate anything.Ghetto behinds!"
