"I love my apartment! I haven’t seen any bugs since I moved in, the grounds are kept up always, and it’s pretty quiet… Renee in the office is amazing! I’m so glad they put her here. Much different from the last staff that was here. She is very welcoming, understanding and always willing to help in any way she can. Between her and my beautiful apartment, I know I’ll be here for a while! Looking forward to renewing my lease!"

"Mrs. Renee has been so kind and helpful to me. I’ve been a tenant over 2 years here. Although she is new here I’ve felt like she has known me for years and I truly feel valued. I appreciate her for going above and beyond for the community and providing toys during the holidays. When she started I had a financial hiccup and she was there and willing to help me until it was resolved. She is always extremely professional and even when she had to deliver unfavourable news she was still very professional. Business is business and I want to publicly thank her for her kind words and support when I needed it most. I will definitely renew my lease and stay here until I’m ready to purchase my first home. "Don't recommend living here. Roaches were everywhere like literally everywhere I looked. One day my daughter was in her pack & play, a roach was in it with her and also in the bath tub with her. For $1700 a month it's not even worth it. Pest control only came out twice in the 4-5 months I lived in the apartment. I'd give it 0 stars if I could."

"My apartment was flooded in June of this year due to the apartment beside me hot water heater busted.. causing mold in my laundry room on the floor and baseboards and a terrible smell. Also has mold spots in the kitchen also . I have put in multiple complaints about having it cleaned and yet to receive any response. Also I have find 2 scorpions in the apartment due to pest control not coming out and my window and door not properly closing. Which is allowing pest to come in. Also the pest control is included in my rent of $1958. Every other week I am having to buy expensive bug spray and cleaner to fix an issue that the property manager should had fix. Especially when they have the rent ever month."
