"the rooms are smoky and dirty, they said that they are cleaned twice a week, but in fact they just tidied the towels and hung up the dirty towels. the whole room was dirty, and in the bed I found a broken artificial nail. The receptionist was rude for no reason from the moment we checked in."
"Shower did not work. Floor was filthy. Bedspread had a hole in it. At 3:20 AM a tow truck was dropping off a car right outside my room."
"I checked in it seemed nice, once in the room. There where things bitting my legs in the bathroom, thought that was it. Got into bed got bit a lot more, called the front desk. They said things like this don't happen here"
