"Do not live here! My sister and her husband live here with their kids. Their dishwasher has not been working since November 2023 and the leasing office will not send anyone to come fix it. The maintenance team has also left a hole in their ceiling for almost 6 months and they have children. Now the leasing office has them blocked from calling, which is wild. Maintenance at this community is a no and they are very unprofessional. They obviously do not care about how they treat residents. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do better Waterford. Also, there’s bugs.. lots of them, everywhere."

"Current resident review. This is a nice quiet complex to call home HOWEVER before you sign your lease ensure that your apartment is READY. We initially had out move in date set as 07/10 but weren't allowed to move in because the unit was ready until 07/12. Upon moving in the unit was NOT ready. The office was notified immediately about the apartment issues. 5 MONTHS later and we're still dealing with issues that should have been fixed prior to our move in! Maintenance keeps closing the same requests that they never come by to check on or attempt to fix and I keep opening the same requests! I've contact the office multiple times regarding the same with no resolution not even a courtesy call to apologize for the inconvenience. Don't waste your time or money, look else where..."

"It was a long process applying & getting approved. I’m grateful for Ebony in the leasing office because she stepped in when I had issues with my 1st leasing agent & was very professional. She had great communication & considered my family’s moving needs. I appreciate her help. The apartment was not fully renovated as advertised & it’s clear signs of the last tenants having pets. I was told my carpet was being replaced but they only cut out a piece & replaced it. It was a few things that maintenance was supposed to come fix that was noted at move in. I’ve been here two weeks & have not seen or spoken to anyone from maintenance yet. Overall the apartment is Oky. The space is a plus 1500sq ft. But I still feel like it’s overpriced for the quality & location of the unit."
