Once a work order is submitted I don’t think I ever waited a day for them to come and fix the problem. They get right to it. Kudos to them guys. Give them guys a raise good help is hard to find nowadays."

"1. They charge a 300 admin that’s non refundable like who has that to waste at an apartment complex built in the 70s! 2. I ask what was the requirements before I applied because that is a lot of money to be losing. He told me and felt my chances were good. 3. I felt forced to apply because the prices change from day to day so I wanted to lock my price in now. 4. No one told me I was denied I had to call and find out but still couldn’t tell me a reason they just sent me a letter and told me to call. Once they got my money and denied me their attitudes changed and that’s crazy. This Atlanta housing Market is Crazy and These prices and requirements are outlandish. This is the reason why so many people are homeless and are struggling. I found a house to rent way newer!!! The company was with me through the whole process. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! Not letting this go either I’m definitely reporting them to the housing department."
