I let them know about things that were going on in my old neighborhood and how my children didn't feel safe they made sure I got in everything was taken care of very good programs they have intact and the leasing Agent was great she very helpful"

"I have been attempting to contact these apartments for approximately two weeks. Despite numerous calls and voicemails, I have not received a response. I even tried a different number listed on their website, but to no avail. I recommend visiting the apartments in person as they do not seem to answer their phones, giving the impression that they are unwilling to assist prospective tenants."

"I've called and left several emails to the apm. About having NO HEAT have NOT gotten a response yet. And no one came to check or repair the problem. Also my TRASH is NOT being picked up properly. If you're not going to pick up my TRASH then pick up the trash can, and STOP charging me for trash fee's. Thank you!!! Happy New Year!!!"

"Terrible experience I listed all of my income on the application but somehow when they processed it and sent the determination letter it was denied down to not enough income. I worked two job and my mom receives SSI combined income was 4700. It was also listed on the application and I was told that the $250 administrative fee was refundable. I have followed up to numerous times to see when I will receive my refund. No one answers the phone or follow up with voicemails or emails. I really do need my $250 back it has been pass the 30days they proclaim it would take to administer a refund"

"I had a good experience with the leasing agent. I was in the area so I decide to stop by. It was after 4:30 and the leasing agent said that they don't normally show apartments after 4:30 p.m. I was willing to make an appointment to tour a 2 bedroom apartment. The leasing agent was kind enough to show me an apartment since I was already there. I really appreciate that and I appreciated her taking the time to show me the apartment. She showed me a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious and the kitchen was pretty decent. The only drawback for me is it only has 1 bathroom. It's not a deal breaker and definitely doable but I just prefer a 2 bathroom."
