"Office staff is first class all the way. Always helpful. Very easy to deal with and very pleasant. The complex management is working very hard to provide a positive living environment for all residents. Maintenance is very easy to work with and the do a great job."
"I lived here for two years back in 2016-2018 in two different apartments within the complex. management at that time has gotten a lot more better when I lived there. Maintenance was doing better as well. The trash was well-kept. But I had pest like spiders, roaches & mold issues all the way up until I moved out completely. Apartment 101 and 1202 had pest issues. flooding Would occur Underneath the kitchen sink in apartment 1202. Rent was too high for the issues that I had living in that apartment. So it's gonna be a Two star for me. UPDATE: Apartment 1202 had a mold issue. I had mold growing on my clothes within the second year of living there mold grew everywhere. I hope they've done something about it because I really do feel like it was a danger to my health and it affected my sinus drastically . I ended up moving and I'm so glad I did."
"These apartments are too old and raggedy to be this expensive. The most recent rent increase was unnecessary. There were no upgrades offered with the rent increase and the quality of the complex is deteriorating"
"Fantastic place to live and the management and maintenance is on point, excellent prices and services. Talk to Jessica she was great help and made the whole moving process seamless."
