"When I moved in. In march I thought I was moving into a cozy decent apartment a week in the whole building is infested with roaches. I’ve put in multiple maintenance orders and all they would do is telling us to clear counters and cabins just to spray and the roaches will still be there.one time even a worker came with some spray that didn’t work. It’s so bad I had to call in my own exterminator and the problem still hasn’t gone away until this day. I do not understand why move someone in a build YOU KNOW is infested with roaches. The vents had mold growing in them and every other month this place is charging more and more. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend."

"The apartments are very nice on the outside but they don’t do what needs to be done on the inside. They paint over mold, dirt, hair and all kinds of filthy debris. A particular employee in the office is very intrusive and watch people to the point that it makes them feel uncomfortable to even live there!! They also have random inspections when you initially move in which is insane!!! They are just being downright nosey!!! Do not move here!! Your privacy will be invaded!!! Now Bryan is very nice and respectful but I clearly discern what management is doing by watching others like a hawk as if they are criminals!!! The vast majority of the tenants are minding their own business! Also, the cabinets and doors are very cheap and they split into pieces and tear up in less than six months. Good luck with putting in a maintenance request because they will either let it sit there or either mark it completed and that is very unethical. They are so money hungry to the point that they initially offer a 10 month lease and after that your rent goes up. Why not offer a 12 month lease agreement? Looks can be very deceptive and everything that glitters is not gold!!! These apartments are not worth your time or your money!! There is also a major roach infestation and I hear residents complaining all the time, especially when they go into the office!! Please place a value on your health by choosing wisely. You cannot put lipstick on a pig and think that everything will be okay! People deserve to live in a sanitary, safe and decent dwelling. Move here and I guarantee within three months you will be sorry! The tubs are not resurfaced; they are painted over with cheap paint and less than a month the paint starts to chip and you can see the dirt and filth from the previous resident!! Also, they paint the sinks and countertops with some cheap stuff to make it look upgraded when it’s really not. Please do better by your tenants!!!!!! It is shameful what you all are doing at Dunwoody Crossing. I couldn’t even open up my windows downstairs and they wouldn’t do anything about it and that is a safety hazard!! I’m very familiar with apartment leasing/management and I know that they get a bonus if there are minor repairs at the end of one’s lease; especially if they can get you to sign again for another 10 months and that is the truth!!! Please don’t allow them to treat you like you’re living in the projects or low income housing!!!! You deserve better."

"I had a review previously posted and wanted to give an update since I’ve been here for nine months. First of all the only good thing that I’ve experienced so far has been the security officer Bryant, I although he seems to know a lot of information about a lot of tenants and doesn’t mind sharing that, he’s a nice gentleman overall. When I moved here April 2023, it was raining, the gutters were clogged and overflowing with water so the movers had a very tough time bringing my things into my apartment. I immediately let the office know about the gutters, as a matter of fact, I put in several work orders to have it fixed, but no one even responds to that particular work order. Maintenance used to be really good about getting requests completed within 24 to 48 hours, but in November I complained that my power kept shutting off on a lot of my outlets and my oven was not working anymore. I actually went out and bought an air fryer oven because I couldn’t cook my Thanksgiving meal because no one ever fixed the oven until December. I’m only giving two stars because the assistant manager Glowin is nice, she was very responsive to my emails but stopped responding to me so I’m being generous with that. I believe they should get one star. My ceiling has several leak spots that I addressed with maintenance several months ago and they keep getting worse but no one has fixed that either. At this point I requested to terminate my lease early because I lost my job in September and no one has responded to my last email that I sent a couple days ago. I’ve never missed a rent payment and can’t believe they won’t even work with me. I guess this is an OK place for someone who wants cheaper rent but you have to deal with the bugs and all the other things that need to be fixed. It’s an older apartment complex so there’s no upgrades. When I moved in the tub and shower had soap scum buildup that I had to end up cleaning myself. Very shotty job with cleaning, no one even did a walkthrough with me. Although it’s cheaper than some other apartments in Sandy Springs, I still don’t feel that it’s worth it because they really don’t keep up with the grounds and making sure the tenants have a decent place to live"

"I recently moved to Georgia and I can truly say I’ve found my home. I’ve moved 31 times throughout my life and I’ve never been in a community so quiet. The leasing staff made my move in process super easy and I finally could afford an apartment that was decent safe and quiet. I love the courtesy officer Brian, the assistant manager and the community manager. They were very kind to me - I will never move again. Unless they put me out."

"This is a respectable complex. I've lived here for almost a decade, and can count on one hand the number of police disturbances I've witnessed. The office staff changes quite a bit, but the management company has been consistent. The latest leasing office team is wonderful! In all my time here, I have never left the review because I have never been motivated to do so. But, this team has gone the extra mile to host events that bring a sense of community. The apartments are older, but for the most part they are well-maintained and the cost is quite reasonable. The grounds are well-maintained and so is the pool."
