"This was our 2nd time staying at Waterwalk Sandy Springs. We had a 1 bedroom which worked quite well for the two of us and our 2 pets.Plenty of storage space. Beds comfortable. I like having a kitchen and a washer/dryer! Internet worked fine. Within walking distance of Hammond Park to walk the dog. The room was very clean and the facility was quiet."

"WiFi is awesome. That's where the advantages end. The room was dirty and it was clear that no one had cleaned it. This is the second time I've rented an apartment here, but this is probably the last one. It is not possible to order anything here via Amazon or something else. I only get half of what I order, the items magically disappears. For the first time when my goods were missing, I started ordering at the reception and what do you think?! They are missing too, I know that they have cameras and they keep a table of received goods, but no one controls them."

"The hotel felt unsafe. The first night we stayed, there was someone sitting in their car for hours - we weren't sure if they were a guest or what was going on and there was a man standing underneath a set of stairs with a number of suitcases for hours. Seemed suspect and made me feel unsafe. The cleanliness could have been better. It was nice that the hotel had a full-size kitchen - the reason we booked it. Like some other reviews indicate - we were missing basic necessities in the room - hand soap. This was resolved easily when we asked for it at the front desk. There are no safes on site - the sign on the back of the door indicates that there are safe deposit boxes at reception but we spoke with staff and management (as staff was unsure) and were told that there were no safe deposit boxes on site. The hotel has potential to do better."
