"At Evoq, one day a month is "Breakfast on the Go." This week, the presentation and selection of food was exceptional. Food items were from Chick-fil-A and Myth and Legend. Myth and Legend is the new coffee shop located in the front of the Evoq building so that makes it very handy to have a cup of Joe and a snack. I also wanted to mention our Assistant Community Manager, Amber Johnson. She is always cheerful, courteous, and ready to assist in any way she can. Amber is professional in communications with you and takes her job seriously. We are fortunate to have her here at Evoq."

"I have been living at the EVOQ Town Flats for 1 month now. I love my apartment and the community. The residents here are so friendly. My move in experience was made easy with the help of Amber Johnson, the assistant manager here. She was friendly and warm, making the experience of looking for a new home a joy. I had looked at 4 other apartments that day before coming here, not enjoying the experience at all. She was the epitome of welcoming and a big part of my decision to move here. She made sure that all of my needs were met and went over and above to ensure I had what I needed to make my move in uncomplicated. Her warm personality will make you want to live here. I have to mention David the concierge here. I accidently dropped my keys down the trash chute on the weekend at the end of his workday. He recognized the urgency of the situation and immediately started to help with a calm attitude, because I was freaking out. He went above and beyond to retrieve my keys and fobs from the trash compactor. He and Amber are an asset to the EVOQ. Thank you both!"

"This is a Beautiful place to live! We love the staff, space, amenities and location. We first met Amber over the telephone arranging our tour. We felt immediately comfortable talking with her and were looking forward to touring the property. Then we met Reverie and David who again were very professional and friendly! We decided to stay with Evoq. Then we had the pleasure of being assisted with help in our flat by Chris and Jalen!! Absolutely awesome! We are excited to call Evoq home and create great memories!"

She is as gracious and professional as the Property Manger, Jessica Kirk. Together they run the property seamlessly along with the Concierge, David. The Evoq has been my safe home for 2 years.
