"This community is great! We moved in at the end of September and have enjoyed everything! This community truly feels like a home and not just an apartment complex. The very few maintenance issue we have had have been done and foxed in less than 24 hours. And the office team is so helpful, and their resident events are awesome. We joined just in time for them to do their breast cancer awareness month fundraiser and they always have something for the kids to do. Such a great community!"

"I have the best to say about Chasity and Jordan , as well as the maintenance staff Felix. I moved here a couple weeks ago. Everything has been perfect. They’ve been very very helpful and understanding, I had issues with my mover, and they gave me a garage for several days to get things sorted out. Any maintenance has been handled immediately and pest control is on top of things I would give them five stars and more community is quiet and I truly believe this is a great place to live."

"The community is good, for schools shopping etc, the management policies are worst, they set their own policy which will never benefit residents, if they don’t pickup or clean trash area it’s okay, if you do the same you will have a fine. Even your water heater doesn’t work on weekends you need to wait till Monday to get it fixed, if you question them they say it’s not in their policy, frustrating policy and over charging bills.how can water doesn’t come under emergency maintenance issue, it’s fall and temperatures are down now, you need to use ice cold water for all your your basic needs from Saturday till Monday?"

"I give two stars instead of one, because the management team is friendly. And that's it. If you want to get the memorable experience of having a cockroach on your bed and crawling on your chest, you can try it here. If you want to step on a cockroach every five steps in the complex at night, try it here. The management does not do pest control well here. I feel like living in a kingdom of cockroaches."
