"Not being transparent with a status member is not okay. Putting up a guest in a room that is not adequate is not acceptable. Guests who travel for work and stay as status members need a room that is going to be clean, and be well rested. Room provided was not as requested and outdated to say the least, connecting room with old bath tub and no stand up shower is not okay. Also, not okay that front reception doesn’t comprehend basic English language skills to appropriately communicate with guests. It is rude, and unprofessional to continuously ask your guest to repeat themselves. This location should do better to ensure guest is comfortable and safe."
"I checked in through the mobile check app, went to front desk to request a key which they provided to the room I picked upon opening the door I was greeted to someone elses belongings in "our" room. Went back to checkin, told them the situation and all I got was half sorry then given a room right next to the elevators which kept me up all night for the duration of our stay. I did mobile check to have a choice of room and location. Truly disappointed that my room of choice was given away and no remorse and rewarded with the one of the worst rooms. I book rooms for various events and truly disappointed that this seems to be more of an occurrence with little remorse and lack of customer service. This has now happened to me twice w/a downgraded room. Don't know what I expect but something more than ackward situation and a half hearted sorry. Do better!!!"
"Staff stole my belongings when I went out for my seminar. Why would you go through someone’s luggage and take whatever you want in a hotel room that I’m paying for? That is definitely not okay and when you bring it up everyone seems like it is what it is. I will not be staying here again. I wish I kept my belongings in the car."
"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a little under a week on vacation. While most of the experience was great, I do have some complaints. Pros: great location TONS of (FREE!) parking nice pool digital check in/check out with digital key good working elevators Cons: housekeeping would clean our room at a different time each day housekeeping would be cleaning our room at 2 pm ?? (I'm used to them doing this in the morning so it was hard after coming back to our room at 1:45 pm to relax for a bit after a morning of adventure and they are still in there) guest services- I called for 2 separate things (toilet paper, etc) on 2 separate days on the phone in the room and both times I had to call back and see where it was/ why we hadn't gotten it yet. Communication could be a bit better with that pertaining to in-hotel employee communication. thin walls- the walls between rooms are great but where the door is to the room, that part is thin so you are able to hear other guests coming and going quite clear. Besides those things it was a good stay. We were greeted each and every time we left or entered the hotel which was nice. I would stay here again, I just wish the housekeeping & guest services would be fixed."
"The location is nice and hotel is clean. The staff were very nice too. However the rooms need some maintenance. The bathroom in our room (406) had a huge garden tub/shower unit. At first sight it was awesome. However when you shower, the floor of the tub get slippery and the handicap bar is placed at the back wall of the tub. I gave myself a bruised leg trying to get out of the tub the first day. I’m not elderly and I exercise regularly so I can’t imagine how hard it would be for someone older. They really need to add a safety bar on the side of the tub to help avoid falls into and out of the tub. It is really a large step over since the garden tub has a wide side on it."
