Stanton Park Apartments

"I applied for these apartments in the beginning of the year and I even went to fill out the application and bring my documents.I have proof that Someone reached out to me July 24th to ask if I would be ok with a 1br and to resubmit my documents so I did..I STILL have not heard back on any further updates..the year is basically gone ppl should get their application fee back or was this essentially a cash grab?!?!"

"These apartments are a joke someone told me to apply at these apartments i applied in may i spoke with the man Leonard he was very nice at first told me all i needed was my id birth certificate as cars and pay stubs i provided all that he stayed they wouldn’t be ready until July then it was August the September during this process he said what i provided wasn’t good enough and he needed my tax return i provided that he stayed it wasn’t good enough and i needed a schedule C once i provided that he claims i toooj too long stated being weird wouldn’t talk to me and told me i was on a 5 year waiting list i reached out to word properties about this they are a joke they claim their corporate office is in columbus Ohio i personally went up there and it’s nothing but a call center they refused to give me Leonard’s boss info i even called they sister property in east point and the phone just ring ring ring someone eventually answered and said they would have the district manager call me and that never gapped i believe this place pay’s favoritism and moves in who they want"

I called to inquire about a 2bedroom Apartment and the leasing office representative answer the phone very rude, rushed me off the phone and was over all disgusting and distasteful in his manners. He didn’t give any introduction of his name or apartment name just overall horrible."

"I just gave a call to inquire young man answer the phone very rudely very unprofessional how he started the conversation. I'm a realtor so anytime some one calls I greet them with smile on my face he greeted me with an attitude and said I called back to back. Yes I did because I didn't receive a answer and then explains were closed on Fridays according to google your open therefore that's needs to be updated but don't get attitude with me when I just want information on new apartments for a client I will happily refer else where due to unprofessionalism these apartments have displayed haven't even been open a year and starting off wrong. Very disappointed your staff should display professionalism when answering phone calls at all times."
