"This is the second time in a year I’ve had a water leak above me for a full weekend and no emergency maintenance after leaving a voicemail. My apartment has water all over the kitchen & dinning room floor. I wonder if they’ll compensate me on my rent next month for this mess im going thru again!!!"

"I’ve lived here for 3 years. Out of that 3, only 1 of the managers here was pleasant. The apartments in the last two years have been hiring leasing office managers who have the worsts attitudes. On more than one occasion has a leasing office manager talked out the side of their neck, totally unprovoked. They disregard the fact that their tenants here are in fact still their customers and are comfortable with giving them bottom of the barrel customer service. The West End is currently being gentrified so this apartment is trying to go up on their prices without actually making any upgrades for the prices. All of the appliances here are outdated, and it’s still located in the hood. I would not recommend anyone to live here an extended amount of time unless you’re a college student who needs to be close to campus. They’re rude and only keep up the grounds when they think people are going to move here; their just now fixing the pool for residents to use after THREE years."

"Posting on here to hopefully get in contact with someone because no one is answering the phone, calling me back, or answering my emails. Their website says to call for details but when you call no one answers. I am very interested in these apartments but I can’t even find out their availability. I would like to contact Mrs. Christina, I’ve heard good things about her. I will take down the review when I’ve talked to her or at least someone on the management team."

"I went in inquiring about these apartments as they look nice and have a great location. Christina was so nice! She went above and beyond helping me and telling me what I would need. I came in at five an hour before closing expecting an attitude and she was super sweet and helpful. Thank you so much! Prayerfully I can make this place home soon ❤️"
