"I initially gave this community 5 stars.. however I am on year 2 here. We made the mistake of switching to a larger unit in the middle of all the unsupervised chaos. The kids ranging from what looks like 3-10 play unsupervised in this complex and terrorize it until 9pm with screaming their heads off for hours, leaving bikes and scooters on whoever they wants front porch.. they look in your windows on many occasions… and where are the parents? No where to be found!! The kids throw balls at your windows and vehicles.. they are constantly putting their hands on your cars as they play.. They will ride their bikes in front of cars and not have any common sense. The management sends a newsletter every week it seems about the issues but still no actions by the parents. TEACH YOUR KIDS MANNERS AND RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS AND THEIR BELONGINGS. TEACH YOUR KIDS THAT ONCE ITS DARK, PEOPLE ARE WINDING DOWN FROM WORK AND YOUR KIDS HAVE BEEN SCREAMING FOR 5 HOURS STRAIGHT. TEACH YOUR KIDS THAT PEOPLES BELONGINGS ARE NOT THEIRS. Do you pay for my car? No then don’t touch it! Do you live in my building? NO, THEN GET OFF MY PORCH! If you like to have peace and quiet when you come home, do not move here. Working from home is definitely a no go here, these kids are constantly interrupting my job by running up on my porch, hitting residents with balls as they walk out their door and looking in your window. Quite sad to see this is how parents treat their kids these days like they are a nuisance and leave it for someone else to deal with."

"Stay away from this complex. It is a living hell. Kids are so loud you can’t even hear your tv. You can’t relax until after 9 when the parents finally decide to supervise their kids and bring them inside. The parents do not watch their kids and they run around the whole complex as if they own it. The kids have no boundaries and quite honestly breaking the lease sounds good right about now. The sad part is, they will just find another Hindu family with 6 people who will come in and take your place. You do not matter here. Your quality of life and privacy are not important. The kids are always in your things and destroying the complex slowly. They throw rocks and whatever else they can on the buildings roof, they bounce balls off garages that aren’t even theirs, they throw the balls at your door and building. The guest gate is always open so kids could disappear at any moment. No cameras to protect you only the complex amenities. The community people always throws their trash in front of the bin and never open the door to fully put it inside and then all the idiots behind that person do the same because they think it’s full and by Sunday morning you have a huge pile of trash that could have been avoided if the first idiot opened the trash door."

The excellent service of the team and the exceptional attention provided by Ms. Cindy Schlehr for us certainly had a big influence on our decision to continue to live here."
