"The guy that answered the phone was very rude to my spouse. We wanted to schedule a tour and suggested a Saturday visit and the guy said “No!” We’re Mon-Fri. Which is not true on their website and Google says 10-4 on Saturdays. Their loss not ours!"

"I have lived here for 2 years, and the summary of this review is: don't move here. There are several other nicer apartment complexes in the area that are cheaper. They have increased my rent every year with NO improvements to the complex or apartments. The place is out dated and lacking on staff. You will wait weeks for any service request submitted. My downstairs neighbor had to get a window unit in the middle of the summer because they took so long to repair the AC unit. There are roaches everywhere. They charge you every month for pest control, but they don't actually do any pest control unless you specifically request it. Oh and they don't tell you this. You have to figure it out on your own that they don't actually provide the service unless it's requested. In my opinion, if you are going to charge for a service monthly, you should provide the service without people having to ask for it. My water bill has been outrageous the past several months (around $200 for sewage and water for a 1 bedroom apartment) without any change in our water usage (it has been consistently under $100 for both water and sewage until the last few months), but they refuse to look into it. The water company won't do anything about it because they say it's up to the complex to fix. I have gone back and forth with both companies and nothing has been changed. There is also a fee they charge if you don't tell them you are not renewing your lease 60+ days in advance of your end date. The fee is the same price as a full month's rent. I gave 7 weeks notice of not renewing my lease, and they charged me an extra months rent on top of the last two months rent. They also charged it to my account immediately after I gave notice, and gave me only a few days to pay it resulting in a $3500 bill plus a late fee. Sign a lease here at your own risk."

"When my A/C went out, Jose Natera was amazing. It was after hours when maintenance came to take a look at the unit, I was not present at the apartment. Jose was in contact with me throughout the entire process, making sure everything happened the way it was supposed to. He really made the process easy and completely hassle free. Now my A/C works like a charm."

"I lived in Aubreys Landing for 2 years. The community is great, but you have to have understanding what it means to live within an apartment complex. However it was bought out last year by a different company and they are absolutely horrid to deal. They're hard to get in touch about anything. If you need repairs done within the apartment, it's questionable if they could even fix it or will come back to resolve the issue if they cannot during the initial visit. We've moved out, and understood that cancelling our lease would mean some penalties. We've had questions, and they refused to email us to answer them. I couldn't go talk to anyone about this situation. Everything is done by appointment. I received a phone call about our balance in which I replied by email and by calling to set up an appointment. Now collections is calling me. Be sure before you move in if you want to deal with these people. They're completely unprofessional."
