"Hello future residents! It would be so lovely to give this property 10+ stars. My in-person tour with Deb was extremely thorough and tailored to my taste. The landscape is manicured and exceptionally clean. The 2 bedroom floorplan was actually roomier than I expected and I was really impressed by the smart home features. Deb answered all of my questions and introduced me to all of the friendly staff members in the leasing office, including the manager Brenda. Brenda and Deb worked closely together to make my experience seamless. I am really thankful to them both. I'll be moving in soon and I already feel at home. I encourage anyone looking for a new home to stop by The Falls at Forsyth."
