Villas at Hannover

"The leasing consultants and the courtesy officers don’t care about anything. They’re cats always on the premises, please don’t get me started on how the tenants have no regards for their neighbors. The noise is insane and when you complain they do absolutely nothing about it. You’re paying for security and peace and I’ve been here a year and from jump I’ve felt unsafe and no peace at all. People breaking into your house and cars! It’s outrageous."

"If I could give a lower rating then a one star I would. Don’t waste your time with this thieving apartment complex that doesn’t care about anything when it comes to the people that lives there. I’ve only lived at these apartments for a couple months and I had to leave early. Maintenance was okay and the leasing office was a terrible experience. All the women that work in that office,especially Tiffany, have terrible attitudes and think you’re in the wrong everytime you walk in. Why be so stuck up and so nasty because you had to come into work?? Don’t waste your time trying to contact them by phone because they’re not going to answer. The apartments on the other hand, I had a nat infestation and roaches were seen crawling all over by balcony. My kitchen light was dim and never fixed and the appliances were outdated and dirty. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the next unit and god help you if your on the second floor hearing someone walk and creak the floor at random times of night. This was my first apartment and I really regret ever moving into these apartments. 0/10"

"Please don’t move here. When my husband and I initially moved to these apartments we loved it. But since being here management has changed multiple times and the office staff always has an attitude whenever you come in to ask any questions. We’ve had so many issues in this past year alone I can’t even list them all. I want to give an honest review so that people can know what to expect when moving here. We will not be renewing our lease!"

"Couldn't wait to move in, but my apartment was cleaned properly. I spent 2 days cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. Upstairs neighbors are very noisy. Overall, it's a quiet neighborhood outside and the grounds are well kept."

"The leasing team here is awesome! Every time I come into the office with any kind of concern I'm greeted with great energy and my voice is heard. I've spoken with Tiffany many of times and she is amazing. Tiffany always goes over and beyond to make sure the concern I have is resolved in a timely manner. Gale, the new property manager truly cares about this community. Ever since she's been here I have seen so many positive changes. Quickly, at that. The appearance of this complex is really turning around for the best. Additionally, Gale is really friendly and professional. I can tell that she loves what she does and she cares about all of her tenants. This is a big reason I am choosing to stay here. I believe in the leasing team at Villas at Hannover. Keep up the great work!"
