"Terrible place to live. The community is ghetto. The up keep of the community is horrible. They charge you for valet trash and the trash company never picks up your trash when they are supposed to. They allow the dumpster to over load to the point the trash is going into the street. The leasing office purposely doesn’t answer the phone. If you need help you have to go inside the leasing office. Staff is not warm and friendly they act as if you being a resident there is an inconvenience. On top of that the back neighborhood is a trap house and the police is constantly there. Don’t move here! You’ll regret it!"
"The last year I have gone through very difficult situations, between domestic violence, depreciation, which led me to lose control of my house, my children, my job and many other things. I'm from Texas I have lived in a hotel for 5 months, I already have a job with a very good income, thank Lord, and In my desire to rescue myself and my life, I moved to Georgia, leaving my daughters in the care of my sister. and my next step was to rent an apartment so I could bring my girls with me. I chose these apartments because they seemed very safe for me and my daughters, but my experience in the office from Tanya, the agent, was the most horrible thing that has happened to me since I I arrived in this city, she is a despotic, rude, and arrogant person that I have ever seen, the first thing she asked was how is my credit, after that she didn't let me say a word, I made an appointment to see the apartment, when I went they canceled because they didn't have the key, the second appointment arrived early and she told me to return at the appointment time, because she was very busy , When it's finally time for my appointment, she tells me that she feels like she's coming back, this lady left me sitting for 38 minutes waiting. Upon returning, without apologizing for wasting my time, she I wonder what changed since the last time I was there, at that moment I was trying to control my anger, it gave me a thousand excuses not to submit my application, no options, No answers, everything was complicated according to her, I had already read the information to apply, but she very rudely told me not to waste my time applying because it would be denied, and I would only lose My money, and not to waste her time because she was trying to find the right people, I told her that she was making everything harder for me, and I asked her about her attitude. She was very rude to me, she got upset and turned the computer screen towards me and practically threw the keyboard at me saying, then I could apply if I wanted. Omg it made me want to Many things, crying holding her hair, screaming was too much. I felt humiliated...and even discriminated against. It is clear that he had already judged me and even denied the application without even having submitted it, I think that even if that had been the case it is not necessary to make so much drama, making people come and go.To the people for more than a week putting up with that rudeness just because she doesn't like you living there, it's very unprofessional If they have a specific type of people with special characteristics Whether racial, ethnic, professional or economic, they should also include it on the website. So all of us who don't fit on this lady's list don't even approach her door. I always try to see the positive in everything, and I only thank God For having lived this experience, because if I had to deal or live with this type of people I prefer to look elsewhere, God save me. Your attitude is very sad, Tanya. I'm sorry for you."
"I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Tanya Greene, the leasing agent at Parkway Grand Apartments, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of horrendous. From her unprofessional behavior to her lack of basic customer service skills, it is clear that she is unfit for her role and should be fired. Firstly, Tanya displayed a complete disregard for punctuality throughout our interactions. I had scheduled an appointment to view an apartment with her, but she arrived thirty minutes late without any explanation or apology. This blatant disrespect for my time was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Furthermore, Tanya demonstrated a shockingly dismissive attitude towards my concerns and questions about the property. She provided vague responses and seemed more interested in rushing through the process than addressing my needs as a potential tenant. It was evident that she lacked knowledge about the complex and its amenities, leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed. Not only did Tanya fail to provide adequate information during our meeting, but she also neglected to follow up on important details afterward. Despite promising to send me additional lease information within 48 hours, I never received anything from her. Her lack of follow-through demonstrates a severe lack of accountability and reliability. Moreover, Tanya's overall demeanor was rude and condescending throughout our interaction. She spoke down to me as if I were inconveniencing her by asking questions or seeking clarification. It felt as though she viewed me as just another number rather than a valued customer deserving of respect."
"My maintenance request for the bottom drawer on the stove was submitted on the 28th of Nov. They stated “work completed “ on the 1st of Dec. which is not true. The repair has not been done. Also my kitchen cabinet fell from the wall on the 9th of October and has still not been put back up on the wall. All of my dishes are sitting out on my dining room table. To top that off when I look in my portal the request about my cabinet is showing “canceled”"
"Pictures speak for themselves no need to say anything and they wonder why people are constantly moving they don't care about the property at all in every picture there is a problem and potential health and safety risk I was visiting a friend and notice this was a very huge issue and no one has taking the initiative to even make things right"
