"I have been living here since March 2023 without a working HVAC unit. The previous Maintenance Supervisor NEVER fixed the issue. He would just mark the work order completed. The new Maintenance Supervisor, Stanley, got my unit working in no time at all. He was helpful every step of the way. He even took his personal time to address an emergency call I made. The maintenance team we have now, is the team I wish I had when I moved in. I'm grateful for Heat!!! Usually, I'm not an office personnel fan because it feels like they don't care. I received multiple follow up calls from the office. Even in my frustration, they were still sympathetic and professional. Kudos all around. Thank you."

"I have been living here for couple months and I found this place so cute and lovely (amazing location btw). I was a little scared at the beginning because of the low rate to be honest but nothing to worry about. The staff from the leasing office is amazing and super responsable, clean areas and I love my apartment! Thank you all from the staff! MU&YB"

"Been here about a month now and have nothing but great things to say. It’s quiet, the location is beyond convenient, Twon and his team take care of any and all maintenance issues (they’ve resolved any issues we’ve had in one or two days.) We did have an issue with roaches when we first moved in, but once maintenance treated our apartment, it’s been roach free. That was three weeks ago now. Management is very professional as well. Confused by the negative reviews."

"CURRENT TENANT: I am giving 4 stars because all issues that has arise has been taken care of. I can agree with some of the reviews about sometimes having to call multiple times which can be a bit frustrating if you are unable to physically come up there. There are constantly new property managers who are aiming to turn things around which cannot happen overnight. Ms.Tamiko has assisted me by going literally out her way to help me TODAY. I cannot speak for any other day or for others, but the location is what will reel you in. Also, I have never had any insects or rodents in my apartment. The trash on the property can be better maintained since we pay 12.99$ for it, but again the residents have to take accountability to and help too. My dryer was broken once and it was replaced. Any applicances were fixed within that week and if longer I called to inquire and the next day it will be taken care of. This is an honest review. My year here has been cool. Like a previous review stated--if you have no concerns this is a 10/10 for you. Samona is pleasant and so is the front desk assistant. Thx!"

"Run and run fast the worst apartment complex to live in . They will never fix anything and they say they gonna do one thing and never do it. Staff never knows anything or can help you. Everything is out of order. My washer was broken for almost year before I moved out and no one fixed it(claimed to be waiting for part but never fixed). They will tell you one thing and the nothing will be done. In my two years of living here there have been countless shooting, car being broke into, trash all over, past residents belongings outside and no issues ever resolved. Don't move here."
