"Today my bestfriend and I came apartment touring for approximately at 3:55pm . We waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby for the leasing consultant Torrance to tell us that he is unavailable to give us a tour around 4:35pm . Unacceptable , and what a waste of time ! First impressions is everything! Today I was planning on applying but the interaction from this consultant definitely has deterred my decision."

"I moved here December 2021 And honestly, my experience was less than pleasant. This place is a scam. I went through a situation where I lost my job, so in the process of me Trying to find another job and still secure where I was living, I did rental assistance. I was granted rental assistance, and the money was sent to the apartment complex the apartment complex stole the money And I still ended up being put out and no one ever tried to rectify the situation. The leasing owners at the time were very terrible and they gave me the runaround. I was working with the United Way and a social worker by the name And they were all in on it. This was also not a secure place The gates did not work often peoples cars are getting broken into And the elevators were constantly down. The location of the apartments were good the apartments themselves were good but the staff and how they treated their tenants was not. I have never seen a place scam their tenants I was not the only Did not receive their rental assistance because I wasn’t the only one that And I had liable reasons to apply. I would have not applied if I didn’t have to. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you actually want to be treated with care while having an issue. Also, the staff sometimes would treat the tenants kind of bad because the staff used to act as if there was Some form of prejudice towards the tenants. I was supposed to receive From the United Way to help pay my rent in the check was sent to the apartment and then they later said that the check was canceled never in my days have I ever seen someone send a check to someone and then say that they canceled it and then it was. I personally believe that that chick was cashed and whoever was the property manager at that time I believe the property manager was Michael. He ended up, not working with me on my case after that. There was a lot of fraudulent activity going on with this apartment complex, and I think that some of the tenants and some of the workers were participating in fraud, because also two people would have access to keys that they should not have had access to because some of the property staff was given people keys. And if anyone Discuss this with me I have all my paperwork saved from this time span"

"I have lived in a few high rise apartments in Downtown and Midtown Atlanta. Despite receiving excellent service at many of these properties, the service I received at Generation Atlanta by Torrance is on another level. At first impression, I thought Torrance was one of the long-term Leasing Agents at this property, only to find out he was a new employee. Torrance is extremely knowledgeable about the property, his professionalism is unmatched, he is also personable and very polite. I could genuinely write about several instances during my tour and communications that would support these observations, however, I think the message is clear. Torrance is an excellent Leasing Agent who made my decision to live at Generation Atl a no-brainer."
