"We had an engagement party at the Banquet Hall of this hotel and also booked several rooms for family and friends to stay. We had amazing overall experience. To begin with Sandi Franklin , the banquet manager is awesome to work with. She is so responsible , answered right away to all my queries/ emails and found solutions to everything I asked her. The Banquet Hall looked gorgeous with all the decor. Rooms and breakfast were also very pleasant and nice. Centrally located with Publix, Target and places around to eat and shop. Love this little "castle on Hill" as it is called."

"Looks like this USED to be a nice hotel but has not been maintained. Visited in January and the ac couldn't get the temp in the room below 80 unless I closed the blackout curtains. No hot water for 2 days and the staff at the front desk say they don't know anything about it even after a letter from the manager was delivered to every room. The room smells like mildew, the tub spout and towel hook seem like both are about to fall off, many cracked tiles in the shower. Not worth the price."

"There's a nice amount of parking, the room was clean, and the service was good and relatively quick. The area felt safe, quiet, and nice. It's in a business park-like area, so there isn't much a view, but there was plenty of light in the room through the windows."

"Clean and consistent hotel. Only giving 4 stars because currently under renovation and had just opened the lobby restaurant when we stayed it felt like they were still working out some of the kinks. But otherwise the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. They call this hotel the Castle on the Hill and it has some references to medieval knights and court life in the graphics and decor. That isn’t typical of a Hilton so I’m assuming it has to do with the hotel prior to Hilton operation. It had no influence on the quality of my stay but it made it quirky and memorable."

"Not a good visit. As a guest, it is important to feel welcomed and acknowledged when entering a business establishment. Unfortunately, upon my arrival to the lobby, I made eye contact with the staff, but was not greeted. This lack of acknowledgment left me feeling overlooked and undervalued as a customer. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room had an old-fashioned and outdated appearance. The furniture was worn out and had noticeable tears and scratches. Unfortunately, the toilet was not functioning properly, and I had to request maintenance to fix it. The shower was also not providing hot water, and although maintenance was able to fix it, I had to run the water for at least 10 minutes to get it warm enough for a shower. Additionally, the shower faucet was coming apart from the wall and needed attention. After seeing food in the hallway for two consecutive days, I had to point it out to get it cleaned up. Despite repeated attempts, room service failed to answer calls and returned some type of phone error message. I will not be revisiting this Hilton property."
