Hampton Inn Peachtree Corners/Norcross

"I do not recommend this hotel. This hotel was very rude. The service to the customers was trashy. They were very inappropriate and I was racially profiled by somebody at the front desk, and I was not assisted because of my skin color. The person at the front desk decided not to help me get anything that I needed for my rooms. My room beds were not made. We ended up getting rashes from our beds, our toilet and sink was clogged and we had mold in the floor. We had multiple noise complaints even though there were others being louder than us and smoking in the hallways and the hotel was very dirty. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I will never come back I will make sure to book with somebody else. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. When I told the front desk clerk about the roaches in the room, she acted like she didn’t care or know what to do. The room wasn’t clean & heard loud noises throughout the night. We checked out early the next morning, asked for the managers information to email them. I was also charged again for the reservation that I had already prepaid for upon check in, but no one at the hotel can refund my credit card."

"Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money if you can for your peace and comforts sake. Upon first glance it seemed doable but as we were making our way to the room, we saw a group of men pacing back and forth idly and then we overheard the hotel staff reprimanding children who were unsupervised which seemed odd at first. When we settled into the room, we disinfected everything with spray and wipes, we then noticed that the surfaces were pretty dirty and the bathroom walls and tub were absolutely disgusting. I definitely recommend a tub replacement and if that's not feasible maybe a fresh coat of paint and recaulking the tub would suffice. When we were walking to the room we smelled freshly fried chicken and thought maybe someone had something delivered recently so we didn’t think anything of it. Also, we heard children in the hallway, running up and down and then perhaps falling into our door because we heard a loud thud and the walls are pretty thin so it was difficult to get a good night's rest. We ended up waking up at 6:30am due to a lack of sleep and worked our way towards the free breakfast which we were excited for but it was underwhelming also. The second night we saw the same trio of children hanging out right next to our hotel door and we smelled the exact same smell around the same time and came to the conclusion that someone may have been cooking in their hotel room. We also heard children screaming and adults yelling, along with banging noises, of course we are not sure if any of these things are related but we notified the front desk and they did not seem surprised to hear about these disturbances. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with our stay and will not be returning. This is not the place to stay if you are looking for a safe, clean and peaceful place to rest after exploring Atlanta and Norcross."

"Find another hotel. We had mold in the bathroom and a clogged tub and toilet. I was advised by management someone would contact me. I even tried calling the Monday following and left a message. I have not been contacted. Hotel was very noisy and not clean. We were visiting for a soccer tourney. I didn't expect much but at least a clean room. Nice that you treat your valued Hilton award members this way. I'll book a Marriott next trip."

"I stayed here overnight with my mother. I have stayed here a few times in the past with no issues. Today, however, whomever the breakfast person was is extremely rude. I understand that breakfast ends at 9 am, and I was down there fixing a plate of food for my mother prior to the end time. I was the only one down there, and the lady who did the breakfast was in the smaller adjoining room talking loudly on the phone. I was in the middle of finishing a waffle when she came out and started to clean up. Okay, that is fine, it is now around 9:05. But as I am getting the last of my food, she turns the light off as well as the juice machine, knowing I was standing right there preparing to get something to drink! She literally stood there and turned it off next to me. She couldn't have waited 2 more seconds! To make it worse, I looked over at the front desk people, and they said absolutely nothing to her or me! No apology or anything. Like it is perfectly normal to turn the lights out on a guess standing there! Never again will we be back."
