"The worst apartments !!! Too much illegal stuff going on and there management dont care they are so disrespectful!! And they would not fix anything poor people living here !! They live like animals !!! In bad conditions !!"

"*Warning do not inquire residency* The apartment has the most piss poor plumbing, the apartment complex has yet to prorate me of any damages. The leasing office and maintenance office is tragically unprepared, late responses to work order requests, hours of operation is never accurate. Uneducated, I had leaking and flooding problems and maintenance came with two mops and unprofessional, I was lied to by the leasing office attempting to blame over 7 years (check the reviews) of plumbing unprofessionalism on flushable baby wipes, the leasing office locking doors to indicate there unavailability during a tenants crisis then having the front desk receptionist curse me out while trying to hand in a notice to vacate the sewage flooded unit. With no help from maintenance. I had an outside technician come in and said that the pipes in the complex are not rated for the type of water heater that’s is being used. In conclusion don’t live here!!!!!!!"

"Im very happy to have met new team members in the office, very polite and very Responsible, they are always there to fix any problems. Maintenance are always available and on time."

"this place is so awful i was visiting a friend and parked outside her apt. at 1am. came out at 5am to go to work and my window was busted. called the cops. they didnt do anything, not finger prints, follow up, nada. in fact they close the case without even tellin' me or calling me once. Everybody in this neighbourhood says that's why they don't call them. They will be bugging them later instead of helping so calling them issa waste of time.. Insurance wouldnt cover either. I had to spend.$150 outta pocket. Management didn't have time to hear about it and also I see why they change the name every year and delete all the bad comments. It's too many"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Worst 12 months of my life. Within a few weeks of moving in, my apartment flooded with jet black water gushing from every opening in the bathroom. Tub, toilet, & sink at the same time! It was like a horror movie. Every single week thereafter, my toilet would back up with soapy water from the upstairs neighbor washing machine. Every single week I'm not exaggerating. Then the ceiling in the bedroom started leaking & a huge bubble formed it looked like it was about to cave in. Sad part is, I came to find out that the leasing staff had full prior knowledge that the plumbing was bad & beyond repair before they rented to me. I got swindled. The whole building should be condemned. Also these apts are infested with spiders, huge roaches, & other super scary species that I can't even identify. The staff doesn't care because it's 98% Mexicans (many illegal) living there so they provide these deplorable conditions knowing that the Mexicans will suffer in silence & wont make a fuss. Not cool at all. Sad, actually."
