"If you love yourself, you will not move here. I lived at the Haven for 3 years and with every year it got significantly worse. The property is disgusting with dog poop everywhere. The hallways are always dirty and filled with trash. There is a serious gnat infestation. The gates have not worked in YEARS. The doors that require a fob to enter are broken and are unlocked so anybody off the street can walk through the building. The pool in the back of the building is always dirty and turning colors. My air conditioning stopped working in May 2023 and when I moved out in December it STILL didn’t work. They gave me a portable AC unit that only cooled down one room. I called the leasing office about this several times and when they did decide to answer the phone, nothing ever happened. There was a leak in January 2023 from the attic of the building that caused my storage closet to be covered in mold. It took several calls and emails to the leasing office and to corporate management about this. It was painted over in March 2023 but the mold came back, of course and it damaged a few items I had in there. Despite my requests, no one ever checked the inside of my apartment for mold or moisture even though it was affected by the leak as well. The fact that this complex tries to brand itself as “luxury” is laughable. When in reality, it’s ghetto."

"Update: Although my first experience went well…we were told we’d get $500 off our first month’s rent and still have not gotten that; it’s been 3 months. Whenever we go to the leasing office they keep bouncing us around and one of the clerks have also said they have no idea about it? original review: Allen did a great job of giving us a tour! We can’t wait to join here. He was so friendly and helpful. Love the location!"

"Car Break ins! Break ins! Break ins! and Stolen! I’ve been living here since 2018 and this property under new management has gone down hill! The gates are always open which is easy access to anyone which is why people property are getting broken into or either stolen. The ladies in the rent office always have an excuse about the gates not working! I do not feel safe! My lease is almost up and I’m gone! If I can give it zero stars I would!"

"STOP!!!! Don’t set yourself up. Read the reviews. They still never fixed our kitchen drawers. We told them when we moved in that they look like they were going to break…it fell on me. And the bugs are horrible in this building. Don’t even waste your time requesting for maintenance."

"Update: They give incentive for false reviews so those show most recent. If they put as much time in doing their jobs rather than social media reviews they would be better off. Do yourself a favor and look at the lowest reviews. The truth lies there. If I could give this place a 0 I would! It is disgusting!! I’ve been here for 4 years and each year it has got worse. I’m at my wits end because the building is now infested in MOLD. Do NOT move here. It’s practically impossible to get in contact with upper management. The current management ZRS has no office in Atlanta only in Florida and the owner Steve Buck has no care for residents or the conduct of business of the people “in charge” in Brookhaven. This building should be shut down immediately. The leasing office is the only place half decent and that’s just to get you in. None of the elevators in the building work so you’ll have to take the stairs when moving. They have been out of service for over a year. Most of all the emergency signs in the garage are hanging hazards. I’ve had one break my windshield and the company not want to do anything about it. You pay for amenities and the pool was open maybe 2 weeks all together the entire summer. The only pleasant person that works at the leasing office with a smidge of understanding is Alan and there isn’t much he can do but pass on messages to his superiors who do absolutely nothing. Trash composites overflow. None of the doors have working security features. Our unit is completely damaged from the air circulation and I have yet to hear from anyone. I’ve documented emails and calls for over 2 months and no one has returned them. RUN FAR AWAY."
