"I’ve lived at Atlantic House for the past year and a half, and it has been fantastic! The management, leasing office, maintenance crew, and concierge are all always attentive to any questions and needs, the amenities are perfect for what I need, and the building feels very secure. Special shout-out to Brandon and Rhonda for being the best at the front desk!"

"What a beautiful place to stay. So many things to do in the area and we felt very safe. The safe parking garage made us very comfortable because we had multiple vehicles. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. We came for a girls trip and didn’t even want to leave the apartment because it was so spacious with amazing views. We can’t wait to come back for another girls weekend getaway. Thank you, Barbara, with AHI corporate housing for being so accommodating and your wonderful southern hospitality. I can’t wait to be in touch with you again. This was a weekend we will never forget!!!"

"Wonderful apartment complex with lots of amenities. Spent a long weekend in midtown and this location was close to everything. The views were incredible and there was so much to do and see near by. The apartment was very quiet, spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!! Thanks Barbara (AHI corporate housing) for making our stay so enjoyable."

"This experience has been a nightmare. Please don’t apply ahead of time before seeing the actual apartment cause the picture and the size of the units are completely wrong and misleading. We moved from Cali in June were on apartment hunting when we saw The Atlantic House online in July. We loved the pictures online & didn’t even bother to wait till Monday to apply. We didn’t want to lose the unit so we applied on the weekend ( payed over $500) and went to the unit on Monday. It was old and not maintained well. The units were nothing like what we saw online and i homely think they lie about the sq footage. We knew right away we weren’t going ti take it so we asked the gentleman ( Niko) that gave us the tour about application fee refund & he said they only do check refunds & it will take about 10 business days. We were baffled that a modern apartment in a big city that took electronic payment can’t process electronic refund. It was annoying but we didn’t want to make a big fuss about it since we had to continue searching for a new place since the Atlantic was a complete disappointment. It’s been three months now and we still haven’t received the check. We sent out new address but no response. Not sure what we need to do. But please be careful dealing with this company!! - update - after this review someone finally sent us the refund check but it was short. We have proof that applied before even seeing the units because they advertised we will have a full refund if we change our mind within 48 hours. Now both Niko and Paris ( assistant manager) calming that’s not the truth. And each of them blaming the other for not knowing what they are suppose to do ( their job) while I spoke to them separately and not taking any accountability for their faults. She even said well “it’s business “ when asked why she wouldn’t refund. As if I said this is something personal. This has been very disappointing and frustrating to deal with specially when we initially graduated the ad and applied to this place without even viewing it. I guess that’s what we get but everyone please be careful."

"I lived here for over 2 years and I must say I feel the need to give a shout out to Brandon who works the front desk, as he made our experience here wonderful. He truly cares about the residents always greeting everyone who walks by, thoughtfully remembering names, and fostering community by encouraging attendance and getting great vendors for apartment events, especially at the rooftop pool! When I had issues with loud neighbors, he took a sincere interest in quickly addressing it and even followed up with me to make sure I wasn't still dealing with it. When dealing with lost packages, most apartment concierge look up your apartment and you're out of luck if it's not in their system, but Brandon always diligently checked the entire package room to make sure it wasn't misplaced to another apartment or put in a different place. The maintenance team is also fantastic and prompt when resolving any appliance issues, but I didn't have many as most of them are up-to-date. I ultimately needed to relocate out of midtown, but I will surely miss this incredible team. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to live in midtown!"
