Bell Morningside

"This is our second time to rent at Bell Morningside. The first experience was in 2017 during our home renovation when we wanted to stay in our neighborhood. I cannot imagine renting anywhere else in Atlanta. Not is the property very safe and well maintained, the staff is very responsive to even small issues. We enjoy the fact that a mixture of folks lives here: working couples, families, and retirees. Most seem to value the quiet but friendly nature of the small community here as we do. We had expected this second stay to be short term also, but it's worked out so well that we're not in a huge hurry to own and maintain a single-family home again!"

"Beautiful apartments in a very safe area! Very dog friendly and the dog park and easy walking areas makes my life so easy! The new renovations are beautiful and everything is so clean. The move in process went so smoothly and I love everything about the apartment!"

It’s become normal to expect to be ignored and treated poorly by leasing office staff at apartment buildings, but Shakira and her team take their job of making you feel at home seriously. They are prompt, pro-active, know you personally, and just CARE! It has made our experience living at Bell Morningside truly amazing. The property itself is beautiful. It is extremely well maintained, safe, and high end. The unique floorplans of the units make you feel like you’re living in a townhome and the natural surroundings are so peaceful. The location can’t be beat as the building is walking distance to Morningside Village. I truly cannot say enough good things about this property and the team that manages it."

"I’ve lived here for 3 years and have loved it from day one! It’s very quiet and close to the city which is great. My unit was recently updated and it makes me love it so much more now! The amenities are great, and my dog loves the new dog park! The leasing staff are THE BEST! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!"

"Me and my partner moved in a couple months ago and we are very happy with the place! The amenities are great and the residents are friendly too. They just recently built a dog park. Matthew was very helpful getting us moved in and answering all of our questions. He has also continued to help us with any issues in a timely manner in addition to booking events in the clubhouse. So happy to have him here! The new management/company is doing some unneeded renovations so they now have new, new lobby and clubhouse room. My guess is that they are making it look like their other properties. I personally think they could save thousands but at least they are doing renovations!"
