"The staff Is completely ghetto! Very combative for no reason at all as soon as you question anything they have going on. The elevators are always down and then you’re punished if you take the stair case. They literally need to get better people in charge and that’s that."

"The residents do not have access to the playground since the building open in 2019!!!!! Most of the time we’re talked to poorly buy rent office staff . Favoritism is shown !!!! Not treated fairly I was told if you don’t like the rules then leave !!!!! Almost if the forcing you to leave … the rules change by the month not being updated in your current lease !!!!! Not worth you money ."

"I can’t even get in my home. For this to be a new building the Elevators are always out of order m. Today I left out of the parking garage but when I returned to get back in. (Because the gate malfunctioned) I couldn’t get in so me and a few others were stuck outside. On the front there is nowhere to park it’s alway full. This was a huge inconvenience for me. I have a newborn. I had to park so far away and carry my child and groceries to the front entrance because they made the entrance on my end(on the side where I live) exit only. After 8 pm you can’t get in or out unless you go to the main entrance. They only give you one key (a fob) if you lose that you will have to pay $95 to replace it. If you have children they will have to wait outside until you get home. If caught using the steps to get in or out you will be charge 200 to 300 dollar fine. If someone is caught using your key (fob) they will deactivate your key and be fined 50dollars. If caught again you will be evicted. I really can’t make this up. I just want to be able to get in and out of my home easily they make it so difficult. I don’t advice anyone to move here. Only if it’s truly necessary. These are really nice apartments but the people running things here treat us like children. Most of us are black women so they treat us any kind of way. It’s sad how they do us."
