Cortland at the Hill

"Been here since 09/23. The staff is great! Communication is great!! Property is wonderful and the amenities are perfect. Cortland is very responsive and provides quick solutions to any issues. We love it here and it is in the perfect location to everything (grocery, work, mall, gas, parks, Marta, highway). The usual apartment noises, but it’s an apartment. We do have quiet hours which are respected 90% of the time. WIN WIN!"

"Lived here for about two years and moved out a couple months ago. The apartments are nice and in good condition. The walls are thick, I never heard anything from the people in the apartments next to or below us. We were on the top floor so idk about upstairs neighbors. You can sometimes hear people in the hallways. A lot of people have dogs in this complex and many of them don't know how to clean up after their pets outside, this is probably one of the biggest unresolved issues with this apartment complex but it's not THAT bad in my opinion. The staff were always pleasant. Any issues were always dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner. They didn't nickel and dime us on our security deposit when we moved out. 10/10 would recommend."

"I’ve been a resident for over 1 year and the previous staff and property manager Desiree and Brianna were wonderful i renewed my lease b/c of them before they left. There is a new staff up front and they are horrible. Not greeted when you walk in, no direct answers on billing, have to call multiple times before you get a response etc… I’m pretty sure the staff is prejudice if not racist to certain individuals. I will not post my real name in here b/c I’m a current resident and do not want to be retaliated against."

"I would like to think Raheem and his assistant for their hard work. I really appreciate the quick turnaround time on my maintenance request . They are both super friendly, kind , and committed to making the residents comfortable. I have been here for 5 yrs. The MAINTENANCE TEAM at Cortland at the Hill gives A plus service . They are AMAZING!!!"

"Although I ultimately decided against moving to the property due to a family emergency, I still want to comment on the amazing job Desiree did on my tour. She’s such a vibrant person and very knowledgeable on everything there is to know about the move in process as well as the details with living there as a resident. I will be sure to ask for her when I return as she immediately makes the entire place feel welcoming. If anyone ever plans to schedule a tour here, I highly recommend doing so with Desiree."
