"I lived in the Oliver for a little over a year (only moved because I’m moving out of state) overall 10/10 experience from living there to the entire move out experience. The people at the leasing office and all the maintenance staff are all super nice, professional. Very dog friendly community. My dog loved the treats at the front and all of the staff. Clean property. Area for pups to potty that’s cleaned throughout the day. It is on a main road but very safe and quiet. You can’t access any of the building without a fob. Great amenities. Highly highly recommend the Oliver."
"Management is wonderful and person taking care of maintenance requests as well. I've been here 2 weeks and had very minor maintenance situations, and everything has been taken care of within the same day or the next day. The location is awesome, super close to everything that one needs for daily errands, from a variety of supermarkets, shops, car wash, gas stations, department stores, wholesale discount stores, restaurants, entertainment, in summary, EVERYTHING is within a minute to a 10 mins drive in an area where the traffic is not heavy. Update: additional maintenance issues that I've had, which have not been major, have always been taken care speedily. Both Carlos and Brandon have been great working with the maintenance orders."

"I’ve been living at the Oliver for about 10 months now and I love it. The complex is clean and safe. You cannot access the building without a key fob. I literally never feel unsafe here. The apartments are new and clean. I haven’t seen any roaches. Very few maintenance problems, and they are quick to resolve issues. The longest I’ve waited was two days for something minor. Valet trash is timely. I’ve had a few issues with neighbors being loud, smoking, etc. I report them, and the issue is typically resolved. I was worried about not being taken seriously, but they typically do (unless you’re constantly calling and complaining about people/things). The Oliver has definitely been top notch, especially while I’ve been here."
