"I cannot say enough good things about Camden Creekstone and their team! Since the day I have moved in they have been exceptional when it comes to getting maintenance requests done in a timely fashion, the garbage is always picked up and never sitting, and the maintenance team truly makes it a really nice place to live! I also have to give a shout out to Erika, Daniel, and Charlene in the front office! As someone who never leased before and was terrified from online reviews, I did not know what to expect, but they have been so helpful, communicative, and accommodating in the year that I have lived there! They have made me feel so comfortable and heard as a resident! I am resigning my lease and continuing to call Camden Creekstone again! Thank you all so much!"

"If I were you I would stay away from getting an apartment in this community. We lived there for a short time. There was a constant party at the pool (which is where we lived near) the gym equipment was constantly vandalized, and packages were stolen. The apartment itself was clean and spacious.. however, the walls are thin and you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors. We were on Floor 2 & had units above & below & dealt with pervasive noise issues including loud bass speakers late at night & hearing every footstep above. Kitchen & bathroom cabinets are particle board covered with imitation wood stickering that wasn't applied well and was coming off the cabinets. There was constantly Dog feces & urine right by the mailboxes. The front desk never had anyone available in the office. We gave them our set move-out date and they never filed anything resulting in multiple phone calls trying to clear up communication. Everything was very unprofessional and when asking for a manager, we were talked around and rarely given a call back. The lack of communication, awareness, and professionalism by this company is one of the reasons we left. Please consider any other place but this one to live at."

"We lived at Camden Creekstone from 12/2021 - 10/2023. The following are issues experienced.This is first-hand experience being shared for consumer awareness because we wish we had this information before making the choice to lease at Camden Creekstone, or at any Camden property. -SECURITY. No security and it is an unsafe property.Multiple resident cars, parked inside the gated resident parking deck, were put up on cinder blocks & had all of their wheels stolen (PHOTO).A more recent incident found car windows smashed in the guest parking area of the parking deck. Evictions often.You can see eviction notices posted on doors throughout the property.When a resident is evicted, their belongings are placed at the entrance to the building & other residents scavenge through them (PHOTO).It is a transient community. Frequent topics on the online community message board are: packages being stolen, pervasive fire alarm disruptions, & the community water being turned off for repairs. -MARIJUANA & TOBACCO SMOKE. It is ubiquitous throughout the entire property.Through our air vents inside, outside…everywhere, at all times. -IRRESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP.Dog feces & urine throughout pet walking areas on property, even on pathways & sidewalks.Dogs are frequently off leash on the “Walking Trail” because it is partially fenced.Police & animal enforcement on property to address a resident throwing their deceased dog over their balcony. -NOISE. Savoy Drive borders I-285.It is one of the busiest interstates in the ATL metro & produces sound accordingly.You will hear traffic, sirens, etc. We were on Floor 2 & had units above & below & dealt w/ pervasive noise issues including loud bass speakers late at night & hearing every footstep above.When we reported noise issues we were told to call the police on our neighbors. During pool months there are ongoing late-night party/noise issues. -FAUX UPGRADES.The show unit is in far better condition than the residential units.The upgrades are intentionally fake & artificial in construction. Issues upon move-in: loose carpet seams, broken closet door handle, staining inside appliances, paint on outside of appliances, previous resident’s hair throughout the unit.A nail went through my foot shortly after move-in from low quality carpet installation. -MOVE OUT FEE EXTORTION. The carpet in Camden Creekstone units is light-colored, low density & low fiber density.Camden Creekstone selects carpet manufactured to be inexpensive, low quality, & to show wear quickly.We lived in the home for almost 2 years & kept a clean & maintained environment; no one wore shoes inside.We thoroughly cleaned the unit after moving out in addition to paying Camden a cleaning fee.Upon moving out, Camden charged us $792 for the carpet.Carpet installers are a constant presence on site to replace carpet between residents.This is a revenue stream Camden has created to fleece residents as they are moving out. Kitchen & bathroom cabinets are particle board covered w/ imitation wood stickering.We installed child protective locks on 3 cabinets that can be removed from standard cabinets but could not be removed from the imitation wood stickering.We understood we would be charged for restickering these cabinets but 3 cabinets was $1,000 is grossly egregious given the low quality of the cabinet construction. I strongly feel that Camden has unscrupulous practices related to move out charges.MAA is another property management company w/ large properties in Atlanta.I have personal experience w/ leasing from MAA & moving out & they were positive -OFFICE AVAILABILITY. The on-site office has reduced its open hours due to Camden underperforming & staff cuts.The office staff is a revolving door which inhibits resolution of issues. -ACCESSIBILITY. There are no elevators.Take note of where your unit will be & how far that is from the unattached parking garage for daily access, groceries, etc. -GYM. There is sparse equipment that is aging & decrepit.The gym is not well air conditioned & is prohibitively too warm to use most of the year."

"Hands down one of the best apartment homes in the Atlanta area. Not to mention their customer service, Charlene was courteous, kind and diligent as she was able to find me one of the better apartments in the community for a great price. The apartments are clean, up to date and very spacious, with great amenities. Overall this has been one of the best apartment homes I’ve lived in the Atlanta area, hands down!!!"
