"I have been here for 4 years. Some moments good but alot of bad than ever. First 3 years I spent with my water boiler/AC closet filled and caked up with mold and mildew until I stated that the health issues with my son's breathing were in question because his doctor asked and I had showed pictures to his pediatrician. They just repaired the whole closet this August. And for Days we went with no water and no AC in 109° weather. Family members and doctor asked if they placed us while they serviced our home and small kids being in the home the answer to that is No but i was told by alot of people they should have. am paying rent to have to throw threats on repair that should have been done prior to me moving in. Which by the way I would have never known until months after moving in because alot of the mold was covered up with paint. There's new management every couple of months. We have pest control fees yet no pest control comes out unless requested and they take that out monthly. When you move in you have to pay renter's insurance fees. Separate payments from your rent and utilities. Tell me why after 3 years not only am I paying Separate fees for that this new year or rather last few months I am paying $12 for insurance fee that just secretly started being applied without no further explanation. Trash services they haven't been consistent with any company so months ago I had requested for that fee to be removed because I didn't mind taking my own trash to the compactor. I was told no the fee could not be removed. Now every building is being hit with $50 fines even if you take your own trash basically you'll be penalized for your neighbors doing it. 4 years I got a basic rug cleaner and stains still on my ground and I have bad ocd. But most places do your rugs once a year as a courtesy so your apartment stays updated and fresh not this place. When they fixed the boiler/ac closet they redid my bath tub cause mold growing that was in August if you saw it now and yes I have put in work orders. Because the tub looks exactly how it looked like in August mold growing all over it again. Professional people came out and said they need to redo it and have vents put in all the old units because the growth will continue to build up. Manager asked me do I leave my bathroom door open when taking showers but tbt I shouldn't have to. *Crime is crime here (side note we had security but they ended those services, felt a little more safer with them on the property even if they werent always on top of their duties) *Gate access that gets knocked down by a car at least once every 2 weeks. *Cameras throughout the community but when something happeneds cameras never seem to catch it well at least in my section Review from a tenant you feels taken advantage from and not only that but definitely not heard so why not leave a review .
