"See me personally I loved these apartments before we leaved (im a kid on moms phone) so much of my friends lived there used to go to Barack Obama but back to the apartments I really had no bad experiences peside that the apartment had mold but other than that good apartments also someone got killed on the news in thornberry could has been me but think God that our lease was up and we moved."

"I don't live here, I just door dashed here and when I say scary, that's an understatement. There were questionable individuals hanging out all over the place, there's garbage everywhere, over flowing dumpsters. It's another bad reflection of Georgia's lackadaisical efforts to produce and maintain SAFE affordable housing. SAD."

"Omg these apts need to bulldozed & renovated. What happened over the yrs?? They look nothing like they use too. Every tenant complaining those are red flags to new tenants on here. Maybe new management or new ppl in the cooperate office."

"These apartments are the worst to movie into they want fix the a/C it's 81degrees in the unit and the my windows does not open my children have severe asthma. And the office sent the head of maintenance down and he said they don't fix air this time of year and to top it off in my children room the lights don't work. I pay $1,300 per month. Please if anyone know who's over the property or know what I can do please help. I'm fed up, because right is right."

"This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. There are always shootings happening over here. They have security but they only secure one area. They allow people to hang out on the breezeways making it difficult to walk in and out of your apartment. The ac is always going out even though I I had maintenance to fix at least 10 times in the past 4 months! My cabinets were worn and disgusting I could never store anything in them. The tubs I could never take baths only shower because the drains were molded and rusty. All of the door knobs were different. They patch up holes in the wall and just paint over it but you can clearly see it! Every time it rains the roof leaks. I had told them about this several times and they came out once and the roof still leaked afterwards. There are just so many things wrong with this apartment I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to move here they need to do a lot of updates and better security and the management is very rude and unprofessional."
