"Short version: If you like peace and quiet, this is not the place for you! There tends to be a lot of noise here and the front office didn't do anything about it when we lived there. I'm giving them two stars because (1) Brionna was very helpful in our last months there and with the move out and (2) the updated apartments look nice and are spacious. Longer version: At first, I was very excited about living here. We liked our unit and we liked being near 20 so we could get to certain places in Atlanta quickly. However, pretty much the entire time we lived here, we dealt with noise issues. I understand that noise happens in apartments, but it was ridiculous. Some of the noise would come from cars parked outside and some would come from other units in our building and we'd hear it at different times throughout the day. After a message went out to tenants requesting that they ask their kids to keep the volume down at the bus stop, I contacted the office via the portal requesting they send out a similar, general message asking folks to keep other noise (like music) down. I got a message back saying someone would reach out to me, but no one did and nothing happened. We kind of let it go since it calmed down for a couple of months. Then, in spring 2023, we had new neighbors move in who'd play music in the middle of the day while my husband worked from home then into the evening and into the night when we'd try to sleep. There was a period of time in April 2023 where they blasted their music past 1 a.m. for a full week! After a failed call with the office (we were told to just call the police, which we didn't feel comfortable doing), I sent an email to the leasing manager detailing everything and mentioned the proof I have of the noise and copied a tenant service email for Dayrise. And guess what? No response! I followed up on the email in the message portal and called to speak directly to the manager, but she was always gone or busy. (I reached out to the Creekside leasing office and Dayrise in numerous ways, including using the email they mention in their replies to Google reviews.) One Friday as I was working from home, they had music BLARING so loud, I had to leave my place and go to the library to get work done. And the next night, they blasted music again and that lasted past 4 a.m.! Apparently, other tenants complained because when we called the office about it, they said they were aware of the noise and that a party took place that night. The noise continued on and off and one day, when my husband called while music played during his work day, he was given excuses, including "We don't want to call the wrong apartment." If you're told you have proof of the noise and you were "aware" of a party thrown by the tenants, why worry about having the wrong people? The whole noise situation was handled so poorly. It got to the point where we were considering breaking our lease. People have to work and kids have to go to school and they need rest the night before. Imagine having to be up at 6 a.m., but you can't sleep at 2 or 3 a.m. because someone else is loud and rude. There are tenants literally disturbing the peace (which is a violation of the lease!) and the leasing office drags their feet or ignores you."

"I am truly disappointed in this complex right now, I used to LOVE living here and now I want to move because of the biggest inconvenience I am dealing with right now while on vacation for the holidays back home in SOUTH DAKOTA. It's almost like they waited until I went on vacation to tow my car from the apartment complex. Because my car was sitting in the same spot for 3 months over the summer and NEVER had an issue and the moment I go on vacation my car gets towed for "expired tags". Thankfully I have someone staying at my apartment while I am gone or I would have NEVER knew my car was towed until I came back in January. When I called to ask the lady about my car she said yes your car was towed because of "expired tags" I explained my tags aren't expired they are sitting in my car. I asked her if they were going to cover my fees since they towed my car without notification she said no ma'am we wont be paying the fees because we notified you which I explained I would have not of seen it as I am out of state, she said we did not know you where out of state. She simply kept repeating herself, saying we tagged your car and gave your 48 hours to call us and I asked when.. she said Wednesdays literally the day AFTER I left. She said the person staying at your apartment should have seen it, it was a bright yellow tag on the driver side, I told her she would not have seen it as her car is on the right side of mine and the only way she would have seen it is if she was driving my car. She said again, we gave you 48 hours to call us, I said I am calling now because I just FOUND OUT at 3:18 (MT time) which is 5:18 (Est) but I am too late all she said was yes ma'am. I asked her why didn't anyone notify me or send out a notification.. she said we don't know whose car is whose and we did not notify anyone, you were not the only one. BUT they can send out notifications about RENT and RENT is important to pay and pictures of peoples property on the side of the curb but can't send an EMAIL notifying people about their CARS being towed?!"

"I’m not really sure how they received a 4.2 rating but I lived here for 3 years. I broke my lease because of the bug infestation. I asked them to bring out the exterminator which they said only comes once every other Monday and somehow they still missed some Mondays. I bombed the apartment but still the roaches were uncontrollable. We seem about 30-50 bugs daily throughout the house. They were in my bed, my kitchen, and bathroom. I cried regularly because of it. I told them how bad it was and no further action was taken so I decided to move out. Outside of this, the staffing changed regularly, the back of the apartment was unclean, and there was a man that we had to file a police report against who regularly exposed himself to young children and my partner. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here especially families with young children."

"We all know how crazy the housing market is right now...so one day I stopped by and met Abraham and he gave me a tour. Not gonna lie, the amenities blew me away! I told him what I needed and even with my tight deadline, everything was done and keys were in hand by my desired date. His communication was great through the entire process! My apartment is spacious and it's exactly what I need. I definitely also appreciate the working gate!!"
