"This is not a place to call home my partner has been living here for 3 years. He has went through several property manager, he deals with roaches, mold, leaking water from neighboring apartments, the tub is peeling, the bathroom sink has been filling up with dirt and sewage due to the plumbing issues, can't use the AC because it's leaking on to the hot water tank, is has been reported to the new property manager it's been 2 weekend and still hasn't been fix DON'T MOVE HERE"

"This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life and I’ve lived in a car before. The roaches are by the billions , they don’t fix ANYTHING, there is no one to contact but of course when you do something in violation they are quick to put a letter on your door during a time when you cant catch them. This place needs to be burned to the ground . You can’t even park your car safely because depending on where you park it will either flood your car when it rains or you have to park on top of The roots of trees causing damage to your tires. So unless you live in a ditch you’re better off just staying where you are. It’s trashy . They’re not consistent with the laundry room, did I mention the leasing office workers are non existent there’s only 1 maintenance man . I’ve been here since 2019 and got stuck because of the effects of Covid . Worst decision of my life."

"Was attempting to call their office for 7 days in a row and was text messaging with an “agent” who gave me the run around with booking me a virtual tour. Having to cancel and reschedule me FOUR separate times...while on the last attempt that she had to cancel again, instructed me to try calling the main office to get scheduled for a tour but NO ONE WOULD ANSWER ANY CALLS. I called about 3 or 4 times every day for a week, no exaggeration. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend dealing with these people."

"I visited this property to inquire about their application process and see what they're requirement were. I was very impressed with Brandon's level of knowledge about the property and all the improvements he's looking to bring to the community. Brandon seems to be very engaged with his tents and has such a spectacular personality to top it all off. The vacant unit he walked me through was very impressive as well. I will be looking to move with-in the next 2-3 months, and this property is most definitely at the top of my list. Thank you Brandon!"
