"This property had potential when I moved here. The current management is horrible. The laundry room hasn’t worked in over 5 months, the grass is high and the property has woods surrounding so there are snakes and rodents. There is trash everywhere and maintenance is over worked because there is only 1 guy. This place is not a great place to call home. I don’t suggest anyone move here. Don’t apologize… hire a land scaping company to cut the grass.. As of May 2023 I moved because maintenance issues were never fixed. I had mold under my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and a hole in my kitchen ceiling. See photos of how the maintenance guy made a makeshift air filter instead of buying the correct size. Also, I never resigned a lease but this property is still charging me for moving but refused to fix the issues. DONT MOVE HERE!!! You will regret it!!"
"Let me start off by saying that i’m only giving it one star because I had to in order to write a review. I wish there was a negative star option. I lived here for two years and the whole two years I made multiple complaint about the mold issue in my apartment. I was 5 months pregnant inhaling the black mold and NOTHING was ever done about it. We even discussed them moving me to a different unit and it NEVER HAPPENED. I’m talking infested with black mold. Apartment J10 to be exact. They came out and cut holes all in my kitchen ceiling which is below the bathroom upstairs to figure out where the leak was coming from and STILL never fixed the problem or even addressed the mold issue. I moved out in May of 2023 due to the fact of me not being able to bring my medically fragile newborn home from the hospital to live in those conditions. They put an eviction out on me on June 15, 2023 AFTER I was already gone for a WHOLE MONTH AND A HALF !! How is that legal ?? On top of that, due to issues of me having a 5/6 month old in the hospital getting ready to come home, I couldn’t afford to pay my rent and have money to move so I just decided to move so he wouldn’t have to come home to those problems on top of him having a trach because of respiratory problems that already exist. Now I receive a letter in the mail stating that I owe $7,000 and i’m trying to figure out how.. they were well aware of this issue for over a year. They change owners so much, I was always having to bring the issue to somebody else’s attention, so like I said, NOTHING was ever done. They never answer the phone and give any explanation or anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE, majority of their apartments are in the same condition as mine. Apartment J12 once had mold spores all over the place and they just paint over everything and move somebody else in. They had somebody living in my apartment not even a month after I moved and now 2 months later, they’re already gone. This is ridiculous, they will take your money and not care about your health or the deplorable living conditions that they have you suffering and living in. UPDATE: And the reply that I received below should tell you enough about how these people handle business. I shouldn’t have had to live in those conditions PERIOD especially with a medically fragile newborn, NO matter what my lease stated considering when I signed it, I was unaware of the black mold that could kill me over time, more the less, harm my baby. Something should have been done since I was an unhappy PAYING resident there. That’s all i’m saying."
"So over this place. There is new owners every year, regardless of who owns/manages the property, they hardly ever answer the phone, they keep the laundry room locked up so it can't be used, NOTHING get fixed, they might come around & slap a bandaid on ever once in a while but don't fix nothing. But have the nerve to go up on the rent! There is trash all over the place & their new landscaping company must have old faulty equipment b/c even after its cut the grass don't look good. HUGE black spiders & now starting to see roaches. Ridiculous!"
"The property manager Angela was very helpful and very accommodating during the entire process. She stayed in communication with me and never made me feel like I was obligated to choose Cedarview. Ms Angela made sure every detail as checked and everything was working the way it was supported be. Would definitely recommend this prop to anyone else who is in the process of moving to check out Cedarview."
"I tried to reach them three days before applying and I also get a recording. I leave a message and email no responses. I should of known better than to apply online anyway but I did. Only to not be able to contact anyone about my application. Waste of money... I would of felt better if they said I don’t qualify. Worst place ever... please don’t apply online waste of 50 dollars that’s non refundable. With every going on no one can afford to just give away money.. Guess I just did."
