"My first 2.5 years here were fine. Since then I’ve had to practically beg for things to get fixed. There seems to be a disconnect Ruwenzori maintenance and the front office staff. I’ve also emailed crystal the office manager and he a few different issues that needed to be addressed including toxic gas leaking from my water heater and she only addresses my trash issue … she either can’t read it doesn’t care.. I’ve put in multiple requests to have my outlet fixed in my kitchen and it says complete but nobody ever came to look at it or fix it."

"Submitting this from another account because I dont want the public to know where I live, for my safety. I moved in Dec 29. Immediately noticed that the windows do not lock even when pushed all the way down and locked, you can still open them from the outside and I have a 4 year old daughter. My gas was turned on on the 2nd, and noticed that my hot water is cloudy. I have been asking to fix this since then and am now left to call code enforcement. I have submitted about 10 maintenance requests since I moved in and only one has been fixed and that was a huge water leak that flooded my floor. I was told by Crystal that she walked my apartment with corporate and they said my unit was ready for move in but it was not. Only 1 eye on my stove works. The gas company notated on my receipt that it was not working properly and should be replaced or fixed. That again, was the 2nd and one still has not been ordered for me. The light outside my front door is out and has not been replaced. (Unit not ready). I email Crystal and Jhalon and only get responses from Jhalon SOMETIMES and I have to go physically to the office to get any clarity or answers. I now have to get a water kit to test the quality of my water so that when I call code enforcement I have proof. It took me 2 months to move in because the apartment was getting "renovated" yet the only new thing in my apartment is my dishwasher. Nothing was renovated, just cleaned as it should be after a tenant moves out but it still was not fully clean and the cabinets were hanging off the hinges. From all the other responses from them, theyll probably say give them a call so they can rectify the situation but they never answer the phone."

"This complex is terrible.. I’ve had problems with sewage coming from my drains as well as the unit was not completely prepared prior to move in.. I had to wait over 3 months for a mailbox key after requesting one over 10 times and my mail being returned.. the valet trash that we pay for is picked up maybe twice per week and you can only have 2 bags outside your door. The office is unprofessional as when you call about an issue they tell you about everything they have going on instead of providing a solution for your problem.. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will hate it! Can’t wait for my lease to be up."

"This is the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in. They have an online maintenance request system but you have to physically go in the office and demand that they have someone fix something. The employees in the office take zero accountability for anything. A whole building was having sink and toilet issues and the management did not see urgency in calling to get the problem resolved. There was food coming up through our sinks that we never prepared, but management does not see this as an emergency. They opened the pool late in the summer. They state they have emergency maintenance and that is false. This property is not taken care of at all. During the summer months, there is a horrible gnat problem and the way they prepare the apartments for move in is a joke. If you are getting my rent payments on time, you need to show some urgency with repairing things on time and providing the amenities that you advertise."

"It seems as if they just don’t care anymore. I have been a tenant for about 4years now. It is literally the worst at this point. Maintenance requests are not being fulfilled. Currently have a dishwasher not running, broken closets and sinks leaking and it’s going on more then 2 weeks with no one showing up to fix anything. Charges for Rent and other fees don’t match up to what you are getting in this complex. Calling the office or even sitting in to talk to anyone is pointless because they feed you a-bunch of empty promises and ask you to be patient with them. If they ever tell you they will be there on Friday just expect to never see them. If your looking to move here don’t."
