"The area is a little sketchy. But something to expect in down town Morrow. Clayton Co isn't exactly known for its best behaviored residents and well rounded citizens. Lots of police activity around the area. Other then that the rooms were clean. Everything when I stayed was very quiet. It was comfortable all in all."

"On 10/15/23 at 3pm Nina in the front office came to my room and told me to meet her in the office because I have one too many kids for her liking. have 5 children total but only 3 with me my second day here at the hotel. I have my 8 year old, 4 year old, and 2 year old. Last night my two year old suffered an upset stomach and he had diarrhea which was out of my control but because he messed the bed sheets up and Nina saw one piece of candy wrapper paper on the floor from my small children enjoying their snacks. She went on to say that we could no longer stay here. I asked again if she was putting me out for my child and she would not answer the question but instead said I didn't tell her. Not sure what that means, because my kids will always be apart of me and they are babies for God sake. Mind you, this is a hotel and I just checked in yesterday. I work 10 hour days and haven't even gotten settled enough to intentionally mess up anything. She insisted that we had to leave even after I told her we had no where to go that's part of the reason we were here. She did not care and showed no humanity. I originally paid $320 and she told me that would get me 5 nights at the discounted rate we agreed on. Nina got mad, charged me for two nights full price and only gave me back $140 of my money. She went from $75 to $90 in the heat of putting my children and myself out, even threatening to call the police to have me out sooner. I haven't caused any trouble, no disturbances, no damage but was discriminated against because have 3 children. I am distraught because I gave her my last and trusted this place until could figure it out again all for her to finesse the situation, take my money, and put us out for nothing. I don't feel this is fair at all, especially given there is lots of actual illegal activity going on in this hotel. I keep my head down, care for my kids, and I'm working hard to get on my feet. It's people like this that I encounter that make this journey so much more difficult for my children and that's heartbreaking. I have filed a complaint with BBB so I pray there is justice here. I will stay on top of this matter, if it’s the last thing I do. We didn’t deserve this. My kids were discriminated against and I am their advocate! If you have children please don’t come here, they are not family oriented or kid friendly at all."

"It was very clean the covers sheets towels rags tv bed was all new. They went out there way to make me comfortable thanks for great customer service. I recommend this hotel. Great rates"
