"I moved here almost 2 years ago and my family and I have been terrorized by gang members and others ever since. I have reported to staff members who are more concerned about their property than their tenants. I have several police reports of assault and threats against my family. My family and I have had to defend ourselves all because we don't fit or bow down as they say. The apartments are barely liveable. The staff does nothing to assure your families safety. Their main focus is their bottom line. THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS MOVING HERE WITH MY FAMILY!!!!!! This is no place to raise children!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Staff is very rude, lazy , maintenance get mad about doing his job and don’t even know what he’s doing was called out my name by him he’s too busy messing with tenants. Office ladies are messy and act like high schoolers. Worse place ever it’s definitely better out there. They are more concerned about being messy than their jobs it’s sad."

"They suck roaches everywhere the pool is never open and they charged me 700 dollars for not puttin on a two week notice when i was told i didnt have to. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"Bad place to be after dark. Drug activity going on. Robbing, car jacking , old housing but renovated with vinal siding. Not the best place to live but any place is better than no place."
