"Need better pest control PLUMBING IS HORRIBLE every other week I have a plumbing issue and gnats and roach problem bad I had to get my own pest control because theirs does not work . And I still see roaches come in my unit from the other unit ...the staff is very nice but the apartments are NOT Worth the price need good commercial pest control like Cooks or Active"

"The apartments over all aren’t horrible. The model apartment is very nice and clean but my apartment you can tell wasn’t well cleaned very well or well kept. The base boards are dirty under the paint. The cabinets are new but marks that are hard to get off too. I tried to clean with hot bleach wash clothe but won’t come off. The vents are very dirty looks dusty. The is a bug problem. Not extreme but any amount is too much but pest control comes around per request. I think it would be better to be all apartments sprayed just in case if the problem apartments aren’t getting done then it will get worse. The lights will randomly go out in certain parts of apartment. The electric sockets seem loose because the plugs won’t stay in well. The plumbing is very old. I had issues with water pressure and temperatures but work orders are responded to very quickly. The Office staff are very polite and professional so that’s an extra plus. The outside is being redone but dog poop everywhere. You definitely have to stay on the side walk. Community is quiet and no craziness going on. People throw trash everywhere though which is sad. The price is pretty good because apartments are pretty high in general right now and it’s less than most in the area."

"I've lived in these apartments for a couple of years now and the office staff is amazing. They always greet me when I come into the office even if theyre busy. They offer any assistance that I may need and work efficiently to solve any problem. Anytime I've had an issue with my apartment maintenance is very fast and efficient. The are very professional and even explain the problem after they've fixed it. This community is very quiet and well taken care of. I love living here and thank you to the office staff for making living here so amazing."
