"We looked at over a handful of similar style apartment communities in the area and this one was the big winner for sure. The front desk, Cheyenne, was (and still is!) super responsive, friendly, and patient. She always picks up calls or return emails with helpful info. The whole community is very well maintained and clean. Overall, a great place to be at!"

"Nikki’s kindness and professionalism, throughout the leasing process, set a positive tone for what we could expect from living in this community. Upon moving in, several service and maintenance requests were submitted. Nikki and Michaela have been responsive, polite, and professional. Each request has been completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The maintenance team, particularly Matt who has been by the most, has gone above and beyond to help us get settled into our new home. Our expectations have been exceeded! The community is quiet and well-maintained. We are very happy to have chosen IMT Stoneleigh at Deerfield!"
