"I’ve been here for about a year and a half and it hasn’t been completely great but not it’s not terrible. For any college students I’d recommend them to stay here for easier access to campus. Management is okay but i really LOVE jade! She gives great services and is very helpful. I most definitely would recommend anyone to go through her for any process or any issue they might have."

"Dev used to be the property manager at a community downtown before she came here and she was the absolute best! After she left, the property went downhill majorly and it has been the worst living situation I have been in in a very long time. I was so happy to reconnect with the Dev after I saw her again downtown and find out where she relocated to. I am super excited to apply with The Beacon and move here in August once my lease is up! Her working there alone lets me know I will be treated nicely when I move in."

"This is THE WORST student living complex I have ever lived at. They can try to NICKLE AND DIME you for everything, as little HIDDEN FEES are placed throughout the lease in the smallest print. ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS are from move ins or tours, where they do promotions for gift cards if you leave a 5 star review. Resigning rate is low. MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!!!!! Kiwanda, she needs to go. The leasing workers and younger staff is good, Ivy is great tho! Amenities are super nice, but the management ruins the experiences."

"I have lived here since the complex opened. At first, I loved it, but once the had a change in management, everything seemed to go downhill. From what I have observed, the leasing professionals are relied on for everything. The property managers on site tend to just worry about charging the tenants for stuff they don’t fix and complaining about minor inconveniences that they’re simply going to throw in the laps of the leasing professionals to avoid doing any extra work in their slim workload. My personal opinion, bring back Jasmine. She was amazing."

"Kindall was a wonderful guide and was willing to answer every question I had. She was totally transparent and honest which made me feel more confident about potentially signing a lease. Everyone in the leasing office (5/26/22) was very pleasant and welcoming. I haven’t signed yet but it’s on the top of my list! The apartments are a bit smaller than other student complexes but keep in mind, it’s half the size of many others so it won’t be as crowded. It’s right across the street from Marietta Diner so in a great location to I-75. There’s a 2 bed/2 bath model that you can walk through during the tour. It’s worth going to check out!!"
