"Love it and looking forward to making Amli 3464 my new home. Kaitlen was an excellent Leasing agent."
"I've lived here for over 3 years and love it. The building is well maintained and all the amenities are top notch. Should you ever need maintenance, they are exceptionally quick to respond and address all issues to the tenants satisfaction."
"I have enjoyed living at Amli 3464 for the past 4 years. The team has been great to work with over the years. Kush has been wonderful taking care of all my apartment repairs and concerns. I appreciate the excellent service. Thank you"
"In the spring of 2022, I called Amli Buckhead my home. It was a place where I cherished Sunday dinners, nurtured a budding garden, and hosted the most memorable game nights. However, my life took a dark twist when a violent group moved in above me. Multiple noise complaints went unanswered, and I finally resorted to writing about my fears for them and myself. I dreaded calling the police, fearing for another person's life, but things escalated tragically when gunshots rang out in the courtyard. I was at home, and the terrifying event sent me diving to the floor. As the chaos unfolded, I rushed to the office, and the Amli leasing office summoned the police, citing my verbal and written complaints. In the aftermath, I met with Lauren Lucia from Amli 3464. I shared the depths of my fear, trembling as I recounted my premonitions. I described the disturbing sounds of physical and sexual assaults I'd heard at night, and my dread that a stray bullet might pierce my walls. Lauren proposed controlled access for safety and moving to Amli 3464. Hoping for better security, I transferred to a high-rise. But my ordeal continued. My belongings vanished, the elevators were perpetually out of order, and climbing ten or more flights of stairs became a daily ordeal. Then, an investigator arrived on my doorstep just a day before a court case. The subpoena had incomplete information, but the Amli Buckhead leasing office directed them to Amli 3464. Without my knowledge, Sean Cross of Amli 3464 provided the investigators access to my floor. Upon receiving an invalid subpoena with only my name, not my address, I expressed my fears to Lauren and Sean. Instead of empathy, I received laughter and a reminder of my lease responsibility. Sean confirmed he had given my information to the investigator and also laughed. Expressing my trauma only earned me a cold response from Lauren. I couldn't fathom her lack of humanity after my witnessing the courtyard shooting aftermath. I told her it’s disgusting that she knows what happened to me and she behaved that way. Sean Cross then called me, shouting at the top of his lungs, demanding I not talk to Lauren that way. The situation took a darker turn when Amli, including Sean Cross and Lauren Lucia, blatantly lied, claiming the “subpoena” was a different form. The issue was that a genuine subpoena required 48 hours' notice before the court date, while this one had less than 24 hours' notice. I lacked the financial means to fight them legally, but my intent is to spread the word about how Amli's management mishandled a crisis, subjecting me to trauma, intimidation, and bullying. I hope that someday, I can influence policies ensuring tenants aren't treated so poorly during emergencies, and I dream of investing in companies that treat people with dignity. I'm still grappling with the trauma of the courtyard shooting, the violation of my privacy, and the emotional scars from being attacked by their management when I was the victim. The transfer fees are etched on my credit report, a constant seven-year reminder of the ordeal. These issues could have been resolved, but Amli chose to bully me into paying fees for enduring trauma. Lastly, I must acknowledge an unsettling undercurrent. I believe I would have been better protected and treated differently if I were not a Black woman. Amli's documented history of mistreating residents of color is disheartening, and I felt its presence during my ordeal. So, please, be cautious and informed when considering Amli for your housing needs."
"I used to rave about this place but unfortunately I don't have much praise for it anymore. This used to be a green living, safe and cleanly property. Now, its a property covered in pet waste. The level of safety declines month over month and lacks the focus of being a lead gold building that was a huge selling point for me when I moved in. My apartment layout is amazing and is the only thing keeping me in the building."
