Windsor Chastain Apartments

"Meh… I went to tour and no one was available. I finally seen an agent I believe her name was Ciara and she was professional and polite, but didn’t offer to give me a real guided tour, but only a virtual tour. I didn’t have an option nor was the office closed I came in the day time. The virtual tour only shows a 2 bedroom and that’s not helpful or realistic if someone wants a 1 bedroom. The property manager seen me walk in and didn’t greet me or speak a single word to me. It just wasn’t an inviting feeling. I felt more like a burden. The hallways have this cheap plastic on the ends of the hall for whatever reason. I would expect something better with rent costing $1800+ per unit. You all can’t invest in windows or doors for your halls? I rate 2 stars for Ciara and for the unit. It was cute and cozy. Oh, and then the unit I was looking at online after the virtual tour increased $100 overnight.. seemed sketch, whatever, won’t be renting here."

"Great management, quiet property - and honestly all my neighbors have been super friendly. And really important to mention - maintenance is phenomenal. Tommy (guy in charge of maintenance) is so helpful, quick, effective - and most of all friendly - just like the rest of the staff. Also - the move-in process as well as the leasing process was super easy. Easiest I've had and I've moved like 8 times in 2017 lol. Highly recommend!"

"I have been living here for approximately 3 weeks now, and I must say they have the most wonderful management team and maintenance staff! Throughout the leasing process, Antonio showed remarkable professionalism. He was so kind and welcoming, and made me feel like I had found a home away from home. Any minor concerns I've encountered were promptly addressed by the maintenance team, who went above and beyond to swiftly resolve even the most trivial issues. The apartment is spacious and modern. The amenities are impressive, with complementary coffee and work-from-home spaces. Moreover, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. My husband and I love living here, and very happy to call Windsor Chastain home."

"I’ve lived at Windsor Chastain for the last two years, my experience has been absolutely wonderful. As soon as Windsor came in to the property they began working on a list of improvements and tightening and already great ship. Jessica has been specifically helpful in my time here, whether it was helping me with miss labeled packages or assisting me with small maintenance request. The staff is very friendly and very efficient at the jobs. Cannot say enough good things about this property. I’m very sad to leave this place, I am merely relocating closer to Midtown for work and will mess this community very much."
